Do I need to be an artist to join a graffiti workshop in Dortmund?

Absolutely! Most of our guests in Dortmund have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, teaching you how to control the nozzle, create clean lines, and fill colours. We provide a supportive environment where there are no mistakes—only 'happy accidents' and unique artistic expressions. You'll be amazed at what you can create in just a few hours!

What should I wear to the indoor workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little dusty. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, shoe covers, and gloves, spray paint can be unpredictable! It's better to leave your favourite designer gear at home. Think 'urban explorer' style—practical, comfortable, and ready for some colour. We'll handle the rest of the safety equipment for you.

Is it safe to spray paint indoors?

Safety is our number one priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints and provide all participants with FFP2 or FFP3 masks to ensure you aren't breathing in fumes. Our indoor locations in Dortmund are selected for their ventilation or space. Plus, our artists are trained to manage the environment so everyone has a blast without any risks to their health.

How long does the graffiti experience last?

Standard indoor party workshops usually last between 2 and 2.5 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of street art, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the creation of your final masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule for your Dortmund event, let us know—we can often tailor the duration to fit your plans perfectly.

Do I need to pay upfront for my booking?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We don't require any payment at the time of booking! You can secure your date and plan your event with peace of mind, only paying after the workshop is complete. We believe in our service so much that we want you to be 100% satisfied before we settles the bill.

Can we take our artwork home after the session?

Yes! Depending on the workshop format you choose, you can often take your individual canvas home with you. For group projects, we can discuss options for keeping the final large-scale piece. It’s a fantastic souvenir of your time in Dortmund and a permanent reminder of your hidden creative talents. Just make sure you have space in the car for it!

What happens if I need to cancel or change my date?

We understand that plans can change. Thanks to our large network of backup artists across Germany, we are incredibly reliable. If an artist falls ill, we almost always have a professional ready to step in. If you need to reschedule, just give us as much notice as possible and we will work with you to find a new date for your Dortmund party.
