How far in advance should we book our company outing in Toulouse?

To ensure we have your preferred date and enough artists available, we recommend booking your Toulouse company outing 4 to 8 weeks in advance. However, we're known for our flexibility! Because we have a large team of backup artists, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. If you have a sudden stroke of inspiration for a team event next week, give us a shout and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Do our employees need to have any artistic talent or experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from those who haven't picked up a pen in years to secret Sunday painters. Our professional artists guide you through every step, starting with basic lines before moving on to complex filling techniques. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team goes from 'I can't draw' to 'look at this masterpiece!' It’s all about the process and having a laugh together.

Is the graffiti workshop safe and what protective gear is provided?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional-grade masks for every participant. Our aerosol paints are used in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially equipped indoor spaces. Our artists are trained to supervise the session strictly, ensuring everyone uses the equipment correctly while focusing on the creative fun. You get the 'rebel' experience of street art with 100% professional safety standards.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Toulouse weather can be unpredictable, but the fun doesn't stop for a few clouds! We always have a backup plan. If the weather turns, we can often move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or an indoor location using water-based, low-odour spray paints. Alternatively, if you have a venue booked, we can bring the 'graffiti wall' to you. We'll chat about these 'Plan B' options during the booking process to ensure total peace of mind.

Can we incorporate our company logo or a specific theme into the artwork?

Absolutely! We love it when teams want to incorporate their brand. We can help you design a piece that includes your company logo, core values, or a specific project theme. It’s a brilliant way to reinforce company identity while giving everyone a sense of shared ownership over the final artwork. Plus, the finished canvas looks incredible hanging in the office lobby as a permanent reminder of your team's creativity.

How long does a typical graffiti workshop last for a corporate group?

A standard company outing workshop in Toulouse usually lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a large-scale final piece. We can easily adjust the timing to fit into a wider corporate 'away day' schedule. If you're looking for a quick icebreaker or a full-day artistic deep dive, just let us know and we'll tailor the session length.

Преживяването

Why settle for a boring dinner when you can build something together? A graffiti workshop is the ultimate morale booster. Here is why teams love it:

Break the hierarchy: Everyone is a beginner with a spray can, from the CEO to the intern. It's a total equaliser! ⚖️
Boosted creativity: Stepping out of the office environment sparks new ways of thinking and problem-solving.
Tangible results: You’ll finish the day with a physical piece of art that can decorate your office or be donated to charity. 🏆
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'hiss' of a spray can and the flow of bold colours.
Professional backup: We have a deep roster of backup artists in France, so your event is 100% guaranteed to go ahead. 🛡️
Interactive tools: Use our Tag Creator or Cost Calculator online to start planning your session before we even meet!

Стъпка по стъпка

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro where your team meets our pro artists and learns the basics of street art culture.
Safety first: Everyone gets geared up in protective suits, masks, and gloves – it's the ultimate 'alternative' corporate uniform!
First lines: We head to the wall or canvas to practice 'tagging' and basic spray control to get everyone comfortable with the cans.
Concept design: Together, we brainstorm the main piece. Will it be your company logo or a tribute to 'La Ville Rose'? You decide!
Filling & fading: This is where the magic happens. Your team learns how to blend colours and create those iconic graffiti gradients.
The outline: Our artists help you put the final sharp edges on your work to make the design truly 'pop'.
The big reveal: We step back, drop the cans, and admire the collective masterpiece your team has created from scratch.
Photos & cheers: We capture high-res photos of the team with their work – perfect for your company LinkedIn or the office wall!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Местна култура

Toulouse, famously known as La Ville Rose (The Pink City) for its terracotta bricks, provides an incredible backdrop for a company outing. But beyond the historic architecture lies a vibrant, modern street art scene. From the massive murals near the Canal du Midi to the hidden gems in the Arnaud Bernard district, Toulouse has a long-standing love affair with urban art. The city's spirit—a mix of aeronautical innovation and southern French flair—perfectly mirrors our creative workshops.

Fun Fact: Toulouse is home to the 'Graff Park', one of the largest legal graffiti areas in the region, proving that this city truly embraces the spray-can culture! 🚀

When you book your team event here, you’re not just doing an activity; you’re tapping into a local movement. Our artists are deeply connected to the Toulouse scene and will share stories of the city's urban evolution while you paint.
