Can we choose the theme or design for the live painting?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share your vision, brand colours, or specific motifs you’d like included. Our artists in Berlin are experts at blending their unique street art style with your specific requirements. Whether it is a corporate logo for a brand activation or a themed mural for a private party, we tailor the aesthetic to match your event's vibe perfectly.

What kind of surface do you paint on?

For most live painting events in Berlin, we use a large wooden canvas, a stretched fabric wall, or even mobile partitions. If your venue allows it, we can also work on temporary cling-film walls (cellograff) or specific objects like vehicles or furniture. We provide all the necessary backing structures and protective floor covering to ensure the venue remains spotless while the art comes to life.

How long does a live painting session usually take?

A standard live painting performance usually lasts between 2 and 4 hours, aligned with the peak hours of your event. However, we are flexible! If you are hosting a multi-day festival or a long corporate gala, we can arrange for shorter high-impact sessions or an artist who works throughout the entire day to build a massive, detailed masterpiece.

Is it safe to do live spray painting indoors?

Safety is our priority. We typically use low-odour, professional-grade spray cans or high-quality acrylic markers for indoor events to minimise fumes. We also bring floor protection and optional partitions to ensure no overspray reaches your guests or the venue’s interior. We’ve worked in many of Berlin’s top galleries and event spaces with total success and zero mess.

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

Yes, the artwork is yours to keep! Many of our clients in Berlin choose to display the finished piece in their office, shop, or home after the event. If the painting was done on a modular canvas, it is easy to transport. If you don’t have space for it, just let us know, and we can handle the removal and recycling of the materials.

Do I need to pay a deposit in advance?

Graffitifun is unique because we never ask for upfront payments. You only pay after the workshop or performance is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the result. We believe in the quality of our Berlin artists and want you to feel completely secure when booking with us. It’s all about trust and delivering a great experience.

How far in advance should I book my Berlin event?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for busy periods like the Berlin summer or the Christmas season. However, we have a large team of professional artists and backup experts, so even if you have a last-minute request, give us a shout! We often manage to pull off amazing performances on short notice.
