How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

The duration of our Leipzig team building workshops typically ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours. This provides ample time for an introduction to graffiti history, learning basic spray techniques, and finally collaborating on a large-scale mural or individual canvases. We can adjust the timing to fit your corporate schedule, whether you want a quick energy boost between meetings or a full-afternoon creative deep dive.

Will we get paint on our clothes, and is it safe?

Absolutely! We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your office clothes pristine. We use professional-grade spray paint with low-odour options where possible, and we always ensure the workshop takes place in a well-ventilated area or outdoors at one of Leipzig's iconic 'Hall of Fame' spots to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.

Do we need any previous artistic experience or talent?

No way! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from the 'I can't even draw a stick figure' person to the office Picasso. Our professional artists guide you through every step, starting with simple lines and shapes. You'll be amazed at how quickly your team can produce a stunning piece of street art when given the right tools and techniques. Fun is the only requirement!

Where in Leipzig do the workshops take place?

Leipzig is famous for its vibrant street art scene, and we love to use local 'Hall of Fame' walls for an authentic experience. If you prefer to stay on-site at your company headquarters or a specific event venue, we can bring mobile graffiti walls or canvases to you. We are flexible and can set up almost anywhere that has enough space and ventilation.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Rain won't stop the creativity! If we have planned an outdoor session and the German weather doesn't cooperate, we often have indoor backup locations available. Alternatively, we can use large canvases and mobile setups that work perfectly in covered areas or indoor halls. We also have a network of backup artists to ensure your event always goes ahead as planned.

Do we need to pay in advance for the workshop?

Transparency is key for us. You don't have to pay anything upfront when you book your Leipzig team building event. We believe in the quality of our workshops and want you to be 100% satisfied. After the event is finished and your team is buzzing with creative energy, we will handle the payment process. This makes the booking process stress-free for your finance department!

What is the maximum group size for a team building event?

We can accommodate groups of almost any size! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate division of 100+, we scale our artist team and materials accordingly. For very large groups, we often split into smaller 'crews' that work on different sections of a giant mural, ensuring everyone has plenty of 'can-time' and remains fully engaged throughout the process.

Преживяването

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team event in Leipzig? Because nothing builds a bond like creating a three-metre-high masterpiece together! Here is why it works:

Breaks the ice instantly: The tactile, slightly "rebellious" nature of spray painting gets everyone talking and laughing immediately. 🧊
Levels the playing field: In front of a blank wall, there are no job titles. The intern and the CEO are both learning a new skill from scratch.
Visualises company values: Translate your brand mission into a vibrant mural that you can even take back to the office. 🏢
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the "hiss" of a spray can and the flow of bright colours.
Tangible results: At the end of the day, you have a physical piece of art that proves what your team can achieve when they work in sync. 🏆
Total peace of mind: With our backup artists and "pay later" policy, your event is 100% risk-free.

Стъпка по стъпка

Initial briefing: We start with a high-energy intro about the history of graffiti and the plan for the day.
Sketching your vision: Your team brainstorms ideas and sketches a rough concept on paper, often incorporating your company values or logo.
Safety first: Everyone gets suited up in protective gear and receives a briefing on how to use the spray cans safely and effectively.
Mastering the lines: Our pros teach you the basics—from making thin lines and dots to creating smooth colour gradients.
The big outline: We transfer your sketches to the wall or canvas, creating the skeleton of your team masterpiece.
Filling and fading: This is where the magic happens! The team works together to fill in the colours and add artistic depth.
Adding the details: Learn how to add highlights, '3D' effects, and sharp 'outlines' to make the artwork pop.
The final reveal: We take a step back to admire the collective work, take team photos, and celebrate the achievement.
Debrief and cleanup: We wrap up the session with a recap of the team's collaboration and handle all the cleanup.
