Is the graffiti workshop safe and what clothes should we wear?

While we love the raw energy of street art, we value your team's health more! We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective overalls for every participant. Our workshops take place in well-ventilated outdoor locations or specialised studios in Utrecht. Our professional artists lead a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can, ensuring a worry-free environment for your corporate outing.

Do we need any previous artistic experience or talent?

Not at all! In fact, some of the best results come from people who haven't held a pen in years. Our Utrecht graffiti artists specialise in teaching 'non-creatives' how to master basic techniques quickly. We guide you through the process step-by-step, from cap control to shading. You'll be amazed at the professional-looking mural your team can produce by the end of the session.

How long does a typical team building session last?

Standard team building sessions in Utrecht typically last between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. This includes the introduction, technique practice, and the final group masterpiece. However, we are flexible! If you have a tighter schedule or want a more intensive half-day deep dive into street art culture, we can adjust the programme to fit your corporate itinerary perfectly.

What is the minimum and maximum group size for Utrecht?

We can accommodate almost any group size. For smaller teams of 10 to larger corporate departments of 200+, we have the staff and equipment to make it happen. We maintain a high artist-to-participant ratio to ensure everyone gets personal attention and coaching. For very large groups, we often work on multiple canvases that join together to create one massive 'company puzzle' mural.

What happens if it rains on the day of our workshop?

Utrecht weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered! We have access to several cool indoor locations and sheltered 'Hall of Fame' spots around the city. If the Dutch rain decides to show up, we can easily move the workshop undercover or indoors without losing any of the creative energy. Your event will go ahead rain or shine!

Can we customise the workshop to include our company logo?

Absolutely! We encourage teams to incorporate their brand identity. You can choose to paint your company logo, mission statement, or specific project themes. Before the workshop, we can discuss your goals and help design a concept that reflects your corporate culture. It’s a fantastic way to reinforce your brand values in a colourful, tangible, and highly memorable way.

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Getting your quote is simple and fast. Since pricing depends on your specific group size, location choice, and any customisations, we provide tailored estimates. You can use our online Cost Calculator for a quick idea, or send us a request via our contact form. We usually respond within 24 hours with a comprehensive proposal that fits your budget and team requirements.

Преживяването

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next Utrecht outing? It’s simple: it levels the playing field. In front of a blank wall with a spray can in hand, job titles don't matter—creativity and communication do. Here’s why teams love it:

Break the hierarchy: See your manager learn a new skill alongside the interns. 🤝
Boost communication: Designing a mural requires clear coordination and shared vision.
Memorable results: Take home a physical piece of art that represents your team's hard work. 🏆
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'hiss' of a spray can and bold colours.
Professional guidance: Our artists are mentors who ensure every person feels like a pro by the end.
Zero cancellation risk: With our pool of backup artists, your event is guaranteed to happen. ✨

Стъпка по стъпка

Arrival and welcome: Your team meets our pro artists at a vibrant Utrecht street art spot or your chosen venue.
The 'Writing' intro: Learn about the history of graffiti culture and the transition from 'vandalism' to respected street art.
Gear up: We hand out protective suits, masks, and gloves. Safety first, style second!
Master the nozzle: Practice basic lines, dots, and 'fades' on a practice wall to get a feel for the spray can pressure.
Brainstorming session: Work with your colleagues to sketch out a concept that represents your team’s goals or identity.
Filling and outlining: Start the 'piece' by blocking in colours and using specialised techniques to make the letters pop.
Highlighting and details: Add those professional final touches—shines, shadows, and 'second outlines'—to bring the mural to life.
The big reveal: Step back, remove the masks, and admire the collective masterpiece your team built from scratch.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Местна култура

Utrecht is a city that breathes creativity, from the iconic Rietveld Schröder House to the hidden murals of the Amsterdamsestraatweg. It’s the perfect backdrop for a team building activity that feels authentic and edgy. We often host our workshops at the famous 'Hall of Fame' locations or repurposed industrial spaces that capture the city's unique 'Dom City' vibe. Utrecht’s street art scene is all about community and storytelling, which lines up perfectly with our team building philosophy.

Fun Fact: Did you know Utrecht is home to some of the world's tallest street art? The 'De Strakke Hand' collective has painted massive murals across the city that tell Utrecht's history—providing plenty of inspiration for your team's own masterpiece! 🏛️

Ценообразуване

We believe in transparent pricing that scales with your team. Our Utrecht graffiti workshops generally range from €25 to €55 per person. This variety allows us to cater to everything from intimate department outings to massive company-wide events. Factors like the number of participants, the choice of venue, and special requests (like custom-branded canvases) will influence the final cost. Remember, we don't require upfront payments—you pay after the experience!
