How does a graffiti workshop improve leadership skills?

Our graffiti leadership training is uniquely designed to break down corporate silos. Unlike a standard seminar, graffiti requires instant communication and visual alignment. Participants must negotiate space on the 'wall', share limited resources (spray cans), and merge individual styles into a cohesive masterpiece. It reveals natural leaders and encourages those who are usually quiet to take creative risks in a safe, fun environment.

Do our managers need to be 'artistic' or good at drawing?

Absolutely no prior artistic talent is required to succeed! Our professional street artists in Bordeaux guide your team through the basics, from nozzle control to letter structure. The focus isn't on creating a gallery-ready masterpiece, but on the process of collaboration, problem-solving, and stepping outside your comfort zone. You'll be surprised at how great your collective work looks by the end!

What safety measures and gear do you provide?

We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality FFP3 respiratory masks, protective overalls, and gloves to all participants. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specialized indoor spaces. We use professional-grade spray paint and our instructors are trained to ensure everyone follows safety protocols while having a blast. Your team's well-being is our number one priority.

How long does the leadership training session last?

The typical workshop lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This includes an introduction to street art history, a technical demonstration, individual practice time, and the final 'big wall' team project. We can also adapt the duration to fit your specific schedule—whether you want a quick morning 'energiser' or a full-afternoon deep-dive into team dynamics.

What happens if it rains on the day of our workshop?

Bordeaux's weather can be unpredictable, but we've got you covered! We have access to several covered outdoor locations and indoor studios throughout the city. If you have your own venue with a ventilated area, we can come to you. Our 'backup artist' policy also ensures that your event goes ahead even if an instructor is unwell.

What is the booking process and do we pay upfront?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexible booking policy. You don't need to pay anything upfront; you simply pay after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied. This makes the administrative process much easier for your HR or finance department. Simply request a quote, and we'll handle the rest!

Oplevelsen

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next leadership session in Bordeaux? Because traditional training often fails to reach the 'gut level' of team dynamics. Our experience provides:

Unfiltered communication: Spray painting requires instant, clear feedback to avoid literally painting over a colleague's work! 🎤
Risk-taking: Stepping up to a public wall builds the confidence needed to lead through uncertainty.
Creative problem solving: There is no 'undo' button in graffiti; teams must adapt and turn mistakes into features. 🏆
Ego dissolution: Everyone starts at the same level (learning to spray), which levels the playing field for genuine connection.
Visible results: You leave with a tangible, high-impact mural that symbolises your collective vision. 🖼️

Trin for trin

The briefing: We kick off with an energetic introduction to the world of street art and how graffiti culture mirrors agile leadership.
Concept development: Your team brainstorms a central theme or 'tag' that represents your corporate values or future goals.
Can control 101: Our artists teach you the technical basics—lines, fades, and fills—using professional spray cans.
Individual sketching: Each leader practices their own style on a personal canvas to build confidence and artistic 'voice'.
Collaborative mural: The team moves to the big wall, where they must coordinate, delegate, and execute a massive shared artwork.
Feedback loop: We pause for 'critique' sessions, discussing how the team is communicating and where leadership is emerging.
The grand reveal: Step back and admire the finished piece! It’s a powerful visual representation of what your team can achieve together.
Wrap-up: A final session connecting the creative experience back to your specific workplace challenges and leadership goals.

Lokal kultur

Bordeaux is famous for its wine, but its street art scene is equally intoxicating! From the vibrant murals in the Darwin Ecosystem to the hidden gems in the Chartrons district, the city is a living canvas. Our workshops often draw inspiration from the city's blend of historic elegance and gritty urban expression.

Fun Fact: Did you know Bordeaux is home to the 'M.U.R.', a modular urban gallery where a new artist creates a massive fresco every month? It represents the city's commitment to ever-changing, collaborative art! 🍷✨
