Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Most university students who join us have never touched a spray can before. Our Eindhoven-based graffiti artists are experts at breaking down the process into easy, manageable steps. We'll start with basic lines and shapes before moving on to more complex techniques like shading and 3D effects. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the masterpiece you've created. Our goal is to ensure everyone leaves feeling like a pro!

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need for a complete street art experience. This includes professional-grade spray paint in a massive variety of colours, high-quality caps (nozzles), protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We also provide the canvases or boards you'll be painting on. All you need to bring is your creativity and some clothes you don't mind getting a little dusty, just in case! We handle all the setup and the messy cleanup.

Where in Eindhoven does the workshop take place?

For university groups in Eindhoven, we are very flexible with locations. We can host the workshop at one of our dedicated graffiti spots (legal walls), or if you have a suitable outdoor space on campus or at your student association, we can bring the workshop to you! We use special floor coverings to ensure the area stays clean. We’ll discuss the best logistics with you during the booking process to ensure a smooth event.

How much does a university graffiti workshop cost?

We understand that university budgets vary, which is why we offer flexible pricing based on your group size. Generally, the more students who join, the lower the price per person. Our rates typically range from €25 to €55 per participant. This covers all materials, professional artist guidance, and the final artwork. For an accurate price tailored to your specific student society or faculty event, just request a custom quote via our website.

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide FFP2 or FFP3 grade masks to ensure you aren't breathing in paint fumes, along with protective gloves and full-body overalls to keep your clothes clean. Our instructors are professional artists who are trained in site safety and will give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone starts spraying. We ensure a controlled environment where the focus remains entirely on having a great time and being creative.

How long does the session typically last?

A standard workshop for university groups usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. We find this is the perfect 'sweet spot' — it’s long enough to learn the techniques and complete a high-quality piece of art, but fast-paced enough to keep the energy levels high. If you have a specific schedule constraints for a campus festival or an orientation week, we can adapt the timing to fit your programme perfectly. Just let us know!

Can we keep the artwork we create?

Yes, you can! Depending on the format you choose, you can either create individual canvases to take back to your studio or dorm, or we can work together on a large-scale collaborative mural. Collaborative pieces are fantastic for student associations as they create a lasting piece of decor for your common room or clubhouse. If you paint on canvases, they are usually dry enough to move shortly after the session ends.

Lokal kultur

Eindhoven isn't just the 'City of Light'; it's a massive playground for street art and innovation. This city breathes creativity, from the high-tech halls of the university to the vibrant murals of Strijp-S. We draw massive inspiration from local landmarks like the Berenkuil, one of Europe's largest legal graffiti spots and home to the world-famous 'Step in the Arena' festival. 🌆

Fun Fact: Eindhoven hosts 'Step in the Arena' annually, where over 150 international graffiti artists descend on the Berenkuil to transform the city's underpasses into a massive open-air gallery in just one weekend! 🎨

In a city where design and technology meet, our workshops fit right in. We love bringing that gritty, industrial Eindhoven vibe to our sessions, encouraging students to experiment and push the boundaries of traditional art. If you're looking for an authentic Eindhoven experience that connects you to the city's modern culture, this is it.

Priser
