Do we need any previous art experience to join?

Absolutely not! Our Toulouse team development workshops are designed for everyone, from total beginners to closet creatives. Our professional artists guide your team through every step, starting with basic lines and ending with a collective masterpiece. It’s all about the experience, the laughs, and trying something new together in the Pink City's inspiring atmosphere. We guarantee everyone will surprise themselves with what they can create!

What should we wear and is it messy?

Safety and comfort are our priorities. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialised masks for every participant. While our spray paints are professional-grade, the protective gear ensures your office wear stays clean. We do recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of 'artistic dust' on, just in case. We take care of the mess so you can focus on the fun.

How long does the graffiti workshop last?

Our workshops are flexible! A standard team development session in Toulouse usually lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction to graffiti history, technique practice, and the creation of a large-scale team mural. If you have a tighter schedule or want an extended deep-dive session, we can easily customise the duration to fit your corporate itinerary perfectly.

Where in Toulouse do the workshops take place?

In Toulouse, we have several partner locations, ranging from urban outdoor spaces to cool industrial indoor halls for when it rains. We can also bring the workshop to your office or a specific event venue if there is an appropriate outdoor space or a well-ventilated indoor area. We’ll handle all the logistics and site prep to ensure a smooth, creative experience wherever we set up.

Why is graffiti better than traditional team building?

Graffiti is a brilliant tool for team building because it requires communication, shared vision, and physical collaboration. Unlike traditional 'trust falls', creating a giant mural together provides a tangible result of collective effort. It breaks down professional hierarchies and encourages your team to solve creative problems in real-time. Plus, the high-energy, 'cool' factor of street art keeps everyone engaged and excited from start to finish.

How does the payment process work?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We don't require any upfront payment or deposits to secure your date in Toulouse. You simply book your session, and payment is settled after the workshop is complete. This makes the administration side easy for your finance department and gives you total peace of mind. We believe in our service so much that your satisfaction comes first!

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Yes! We use high-quality, low-odour professional spray paint. We provide all necessary safety equipment, including FFP2 or FFP3 masks and gloves. Our instructors are professional artists who prioritise a safe working environment. We ensure proper ventilation at all times and brief every participant on the correct way to handle the equipment before we even pop the first cap. Safety and fun go hand-in-hand here.

Η εμπειρία

Why settle for a boring lunch when you can create a lasting memory? Street art is the ultimate equaliser, making it the perfect tool for modern team development. Here is why our workshops in Toulouse are a hit with companies:

Unlock creativity: Get your team out of their comfort zones and into a state of 'flow'. 💡
Visualise goals: Use the mural to represent your company's mission or a new project launch.
Boost morale: There is nothing quite like the 'wow' moment of seeing a finished 10-metre mural your team created.
Stress relief: The physical act of spraying paint is incredibly therapeutic and fun. 🎉
Inclusive for all: No "sporty" skills required—anyone can pick up a can and contribute.
Professional edge: We bring years of experience to ensure your corporate event is polished and safe.

Βήμα προς βήμα

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro into the world of Toulouse street art and spray paint safety.
Sketching the vision: Your team brainstorms concepts that represent your company values or goals on paper.
Technique training: Our pro artists teach you the 'can-control' basics—lines, fades, and fills.
The first spray: Everyone gets their own space to practice their new skills and find their 'flow'.
Collaborative mural: The team moves to the large-scale wall to begin layering the main piece together.
Detailing and outlines: We add the sharp edges and 'pops' of colour that make the artwork look professional.
The big reveal: We step back to admire the collective masterpiece and take group photos.
Reflection: A quick chat about the collaborative process and how the team worked together to build the mural.
