Do we need any prior artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Utrecht onboarding workshops are designed for everyone, from those who haven't picked up a pen in years to seasoned doodles. Our professional artists guide you through every step, starting with basic lines and moving to shading and 3D effects. You'll be amazed at the masterpiece you can create by the end of the session—it's all about the process and having a blast with your new colleagues!

Is the graffiti workshop safe and what about the fumes?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 face masks, protective gloves, and overall suits to keep your clothes clean. We typically host our Utrecht sessions at well-ventilated outdoor 'Hall of Fame' locations or in large, airy indoor industrial spaces. All our spray paints are professional-grade and our instructors are trained to ensure a safe, controlled environment for everyone involved.

What should we wear to the workshop?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit dusty, just in case! Even though we provide full protective gear including overalls, it’s best to leave the designer suits at home. Since we often work at the Berlijnplein or other cool spots in Utrecht, keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress accordingly for an outdoor adventure.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

We are prepared for the Dutch weather! If we’ve planned an outdoor session in Utrecht and rain is forecasted, we can often move to a covered location or provide lightweight pop-up shelters. Alternatively, we can discuss indoor options in advance. We have back-up artists and flexible arrangements to ensure your onboarding experience goes ahead smoothly, rain or shine.

How long does a typical onboarding session last?

A standard onboarding workshop in Utrecht typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final creation of your team artwork. We can easily adjust the duration to fit into your wider onboarding schedule or corporate away-day itinerary. Just let us know your time constraints and we will make it work perfectly!

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

Our Utrecht graffiti workshops are very flexible. We can accommodate small teams of 10 people or large corporate groups of up to 500+ participants. For larger groups, we bring in multiple professional artists to ensure everyone gets personal attention and a high-quality experience. No group is too big or too small for a creative boost at the start of their journey!

How does the payment process work? Do we pay in advance?

You don't need to pay anything upfront! We believe in the quality of our Utrecht workshops, so you only pay after the event has taken place and you are 100% satisfied. After the workshop, we will send an invoice that can be paid via bank transfer. This makes the administrative side easy for your HR or finance department to handle.
