Why choose spray cans over spreadsheets for your next management session? Because graffiti creates a level playing field where titles disappear and authentic leadership takes centre stage. Here is why our Edinburgh workshops are a game-changer:
- Break the ice (literally): Nothing dismantles corporate silos faster than holding a spray can for the first time. ❄️
- Immediate feedback: In street art, your results are visible instantly, forcing leaders to adapt their strategy in real-time. 🔥
- Boost creative problem-solving: We move your team from "we've always done it this way" to "look what we can create today."
- Zero risk, high reward: Our "pay after the event" policy and backup artist guarantee mean your investment is always protected. 💪
- Tangible results: You don't just leave with memories; you leave with a physical masterpiece that serves as a reminder of your team's synergy. 🏆
- Expert guidance: Work with professional artists who aren't just great at art, but great at facilitating group dynamics.
Paso a paso
- Discovery & briefing: We start with a quick intro to the history of street art and how it mirrors modern leadership: bold, visible, and collaborative.
- Skill acquisition: Under the guidance of professional artists, your team learns the fundamental 'can control' techniques, from thin lines to fat fills.
- The vision phase: Leaders emerge as the group brainstorms a concept that represents your company values or specific training goals.
- Resource management: Teams must decide how to use their limited colours and space—classic strategic planning in action!
- Collaborative sketching: Transferring the big idea to the wall or canvas, requiring clear communication and role delegation.
- Layering & execution: The heavy lifting begins. Participants must coordinate their movements to ensure the mural remains cohesive.
- Feedback loops: Our artists provide 'real-time critiques,' forcing leaders to pivot and adapt their strategy as the artwork evolves.
- The final reveal: We step back to admire the finished piece, discussing the leadership triumphs and challenges faced during the process.
- Debrief & wrap-up: A final session linking the creative experience back to your specific workplace objectives in Edinburgh.

Arte urbano en Edinburgh
Edinburgh is a city of incredible contrasts, from the medieval Old Town to the vibrant, mural-filled streets of Leith. This duality makes it the perfect setting for leadership training that asks you to think outside the box. We draw inspiration from the city's burgeoning street art scene, found in spots like the New Street arches or the creative corridors of the Shore. Our local artists know every nook and cranny of the Auld Reekie art community, bringing that authentic Edinburgh energy to your session. ✨
