Do I need any previous art experience to join an outdoor party?

Absolutely! Most of our guests in Dusseldorf have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, teaching you how to control the pressure, create clean lines, and build up colours. We provide a supportive, high-energy environment where 'mistakes' are just part of the art. You'll be amazed at the masterpiece you can create by the end of the session!

What should I wear to the graffiti workshop?

We recommend wearing old clothes and sneakers that you don't mind getting a bit of 'street cred' on. While we provide high-quality protective overalls and gloves, spray paint is adventurous and can sometimes find its way onto your sleeves or shoes. Think comfortable, weather-appropriate gear that lets you move freely while you paint your mural.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?

Dusseldorf's weather can be unpredictable, but the party doesn't have to stop! We always have backup plans. If the forecast looks particularly grey, we can often move to a sheltered outdoor location or reschedule to a better time. Our team keeps a close eye on the skies to ensure your creative flow isn't dampened by a sudden Rhine rain shower.

How long does the graffiti party experience last?

Our outdoor workshops in Dusseldorf typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us plenty of time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of your final large-scale piece. If you have a specific schedule for your day out, just let us know and we can tailor the duration to fit your plans perfectly.

What materials are included in the booking?

We provide everything you need to become a street art pro for the day! This includes a wide variety of professional spray paint colours, protective masks, gloves, and overalls. We also provide the 'canvas'—whether that's a legal graffiti wall in the city or mobile boards we set up specifically for your group. You just need to bring your enthusiasm!

Is the spray paint safe to use for everyone?

Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality, low-odour spray paints whenever possible and provide all necessary safety gear, including FFP2 or FFP3 masks and gloves. Our artists are trained to manage outdoor spaces safely, ensuring everyone has enough room to work. We also provide a thorough safety briefing before anyone clicks a cap onto a can.

Do I need to pay upfront to secure my booking?

No way! At Graffitifun, we believe in trust. You can book your Dusseldorf outdoor party today and you only pay after the workshop is completed. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the experience before any money changes hands. This makes organising group events much easier and stress-free for the person in charge.

Paikallinen kulttuuri

The street art soul of the Rhine

Dusseldorf isn't just about high-end fashion on the Königsallee; it has a gritty, creative underbelly that makes it perfect for a graffiti experience. From the legendary Kiefernstraße, famous for its incredible house-high murals, to the hidden corners of Flingern, the city breathes urban creativity. Our workshops take place at legal spots where you can soak up this local atmosphere while creating your own art.

Fun Fact: Dusseldorf is home to one of the most famous street art streets in the world! Kiefernstraße was once a centre of squatter culture and is now a living gallery where every building is covered in professional murals.

When you're finished painting, you’re just a short hop away from the Altstadt (the 'longest bar in the world'), making it the perfect starting point for a legendary outdoor party day. 🎨
