Do our managers need to be artistic to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Porto leadership training is designed for everyone, from Michelin-star doodlers to those who can't draw a straight line. Our professional artists guide you through the technical aspects of spray painting, ensuring everyone feels confident. The focus is on the leadership metaphors and team dynamics—the 'art' is simply the medium we use to explore those professional growth areas.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard leadership workshop in Porto usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This provides ample time for an introduction, skill-building, the collaborative mural project, and a dedicated debriefing session where we connect the creative experience back to your specific leadership goals. We can also adapt the timing to fit into a larger corporate retreat or packed conference schedule if needed.

What safety measures and gear do you provide?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP2-rated masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep everyone’s clothes clean. We generally host our workshops in well-ventilated outdoor areas or spacious indoor studios equipped with proper extraction systems. Our artists are trained in safety protocols to ensure a worry-free and professional environment for your management team.

Can you host the workshop at our office in Porto?

We are highly flexible! We can host the workshop at one of our vibrant local street art spots in Porto, or we can bring the experience directly to your office, hotel, or conference venue using mobile graffiti walls. Whether you want the authentic 'street' vibe or the convenience of your own workspace, we make it happen across the Ribeira or Boavista districts.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

While we can't control the 'Atlantic' weather, we always have a Plan B. If the forecast looks rainy, we can move the session to one of our sheltered indoor locations or use our professional pop-up tents. Alternatively, we can reschedule the event. Your workshop will never be cancelled due to a few raindrops; we ensure the creative flow continues regardless of the weather.

Can we keep the artwork we create for our office?

Yes! One of the best parts of the leadership training is the 'Masterpiece' phase. Your team will create a large-scale mural on canvas or boards. Once the paint is dry, these sections can be transported back to your Porto office. It serves as a powerful, colourful reminder of the leadership lessons and the collaborative spirit your team built during the session.

How do we get a quote for our management team?

Getting a price is quick and easy. Simply use our online Cost Calculator or 'Request a Quote' form. Because leadership sessions often involve specific debriefing requirements or custom themes, we provide a bespoke estimate based on your group size (usually between €20 and €45 per person) and any extras like catering or specific thematic coaching you might want to include.

Porto is a city that breathes history and modernity simultaneously, making it the perfect backdrop for innovative leadership training. From the famous murals at Rua de Miguel Bombarda to the hidden gems in the Trindade area, the 'Invicta' city understands that bold expression is key to progress. Our workshops tap into this local 'Tripeiro' spirit—resilient, creative, and fiercely communal. 🎨

Fun fact: Did you know Porto is home to the 'Don Quixote' mural, one of the first legal pieces of street art in the city that helped spark a local revolution in public art appreciation?
