- The basics: Learn how to control the pressure of the spray can, swap nozzles (caps) for different effects, and draw your first clean lines.
- Sketching the vision: Work with your instructor to sketch out your design ideas on paper or directly on the wall using light 'ghost' lines.
- Fill-in technique: Master the art of the 'fill'—applying smooth, even coats of colour to your letters or characters without drips.
- The 'Outliner': Learn the steady-hand technique of outlining your work to make the design pop against the background.
- Adding flavour: This is where the magic happens! Add highlights, 3D shadows, and 'second outlines' to give your work depth.
- The final tag: Every artist needs a signature. Create your own tag and sign off your masterpiece with style.
