Do I need any previous art experience to join?

Absolutely not! Our Lisbon onboarding workshop is designed specifically for beginners. Our professional street artists will guide you through every single step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering those tricky outlines. We start with the basics on practice boards before moving to the main wall, ensuring you feel confident and creative throughout the whole session.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need to create your masterpiece. This includes a wide range of premium spray paint colours, high-quality caps for different line widths, protective suits, gloves, and professional masks. We even provide the canvas or wall space! Just bring your enthusiasm and wear some old clothes and comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on.

Is the workshop safe, and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our top priority at Graffitifun. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including filtered masks and gloves. Our workshops take place in well-ventilated outdoor areas or legal street art zones in Lisbon. Our instructors are highly experienced and will provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can to ensure a fun, risk-free environment.

How long does a typical graffiti session last?

Standard onboarding workshops in Lisbon typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of a full-scale graffiti piece. If you have a specific schedule or are planning a larger team event, we can certainly tailor the duration to fit your needs perfectly.

What happens if it rains on the day of my workshop?

Lisbon's weather is usually fantastic, but we always have a plan B! Many of our locations have covered areas where we can continue the fun. If the weather is truly uncooperative, our "no cancellation" policy means we work with you to reschedule or move to a suitable indoor backup location so your creative flow isn't interrupted.

Do I need to pay in advance to book my Lisbon workshop?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexible booking policy. You don't need to pay anything upfront! You can book your spot and confirm the details, then simply pay after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied with the experience. We believe our quality speaks for itself!

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We love hosting groups! While we can accommodate individuals in certain sessions, our Lisbon workshops are perfect for groups of 5 to 50+ people. Whether it's a small group of friends, a school trip, or a large corporate onboarding event, we scale our team of artists to ensure everyone gets plenty of hands-on coaching and attention.

Lokalna kultura

Lisbon isn't just a city; it's a massive, open-air gallery. From the historic tile-covered walls of Alfama to the towering murals of the Quinta do Mocho, street art is woven into the very fabric of Portuguese culture. Our workshops celebrate this heritage, teaching you the styles that have made the "Lisboa" scene world-famous. You’ll feel the breeze off the Tagus River as you shake your cans and contribute to the city's evolving visual story.

Fun fact: Lisbon was one of the first cities in the world to create a dedicated "Galeria de Arte Urbana" (GAU), proving that here, graffiti is respected as a vital part of the city's modern identity! 🇵🇹
