Do I need any previous art experience to join the workshop?

Absolutely! Most of our festival participants have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists are there to guide you through every step, from basic nozzle control to advanced layering techniques. We provide a safe, encouraging environment where mistakes are just part of the art. You will be amazed at what you can create in just one session!

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need to get creative. This includes high-quality spray paint in a huge range of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and respiratory masks. We also provide the canvases or boards you will be painting on. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and some comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for children and beginners?

Safety is our absolute priority. We use low-pressure spray cans which are easier to control and provide professional-grade FFP3 respiratory masks to ensure no fumes are inhaled. We also provide gloves and body protection. Our artists give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone starts painting, ensuring a fun and worry-free environment for all ages.

Do I need to pay in advance for the festival workshop?

Yes, we are the only provider that offers a 'no-show, no-pay' peace of mind. You don't have to pay a penny upfront. We trust our clients and believe in the quality of our workshops. You simply pay after the event once you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This makes booking for large festivals or groups completely stress-free.

How long does a typical street art session last?

A standard festival workshop experience usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. However, for larger street art festivals in Liverpool, we can run 'drop-in' style sessions throughout the day or extended masterclasses. We are flexible and can tailor the timing to fit the specific schedule of your event.

Can you host workshops in other UK cities?

We certainly do! While we love the energy of Liverpool, our team of artists travels all over the UK. We regularly host workshops in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds. Whether you are planning a small local community fair or a massive city-wide street art festival, Graffitifun has the logistics to make it happen anywhere.

Liverpool isn't just a city of music; it's a global canvas. Our workshops tap into this unique "Scouse" spirit of creativity and independence. We believe that street art is for everyone, reflecting the inclusive and welcoming nature of Liverpool itself. Whether we're setting up near the historic docks or in the heart of a trendy urban market, the atmosphere is always electric.

Fun Fact: Did you know Liverpool is home to one of the largest outdoor art galleries in the UK? The Baltic Triangle was transformed from an industrial wasteland into a creative hub specifically through the power of street art and grassroots festivals! 🏆
