How does a graffiti workshop help with team development?

Düsseldorf is a hub for creativity, and our workshops fit right in! We focus on 'we-centric' art. Unlike a standard office day, our team development sessions require collaborative sketching and synchronized painting. Your team will have to communicate effectively to ensure the colours blend and the design is cohesive, making it a powerful (and colourful) tool for building trust and unity.

Do we need any prior artistic experience?

No talent? No problem! Most of our participants haven't touched a spray can since school—or ever! Our professional artists are expert coaches who guide you through the basics of 'can control.' We use techniques that ensure everyone, regardless of their artistic ability, contributes to a finished mural that looks professional and impressive. It’s all about the collective effort!

What protective gear do you provide?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional-grade masks to ensure no one goes home with paint on their clothes or in their lungs. We also conduct a brief safety induction before we start. You just need to wear comfortable shoes and let us handle the rest of the protection!

Where in Düsseldorf do the workshops take place?

We are incredibly flexible! We have several partner locations across Düsseldorf, including edgy outdoor spots and ventilated indoor spaces. If you have your own premises with a suitable outdoor area or a very well-ventilated hall, we can often come to you. We'll discuss the best 'canvas' for your team during the booking process to ensure the perfect vibe.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard team development session lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the intro, sketching phase, technique practice, and the final mural creation. We can also tailor the duration to fit your company’s schedule—whether you want a quick 'ice-breaker' or a deep-dive creative afternoon. We work around your team's specific needs and goals.

Can you accommodate large corporate departments?

We specialise in large groups! While we can accommodate smaller teams, our setup is perfect for departments of 10 to 100+ people. For very large groups, we bring in multiple artists and set up several stations to ensure everyone stays engaged and active. No one is left standing on the sidelines—everyone gets to make their mark.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

The German weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered! If we plan an outdoor session and the forecast looks grim, we can often move to a covered location or use one of our indoor partner spaces in Düsseldorf. We also have a dedicated team of backup artists to ensure your event goes ahead no matter what. Fun is guaranteed, rain or shine!

Az élmény

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team outing in Düsseldorf? Because it’s the ultimate equaliser! In front of a blank wall, job titles disappear and the only thing that matters is how you work together. 💪

Break the silos: Get departments talking that normally only exchange emails. 📧
Boost creative confidence: Prove to your team that they can create something amazing from scratch. 🎨
Visible results: Walk away with a physical masterpiece that can even hang in your office. 🏆
Stress relief: Nothing beats the satisfying 'hiss' of a spray can to release work week tension. 💨
Professional guidance: Our artists are not just painters; they are experienced mentors who know how to manage group dynamics. 🎤
Zero-risk booking: No payment upfront and backup artists guaranteed. your event is safe with us! ✨

Lépésről lépésre

The warm-up: Meet your pro artist guides at our Düsseldorf spot for a quick intro to the history and culture of street art.
Concept & brainstorming: We divide into sub-teams to brainstorm a theme that represents your company values or team goals.
Sketching the vision: Grab the markers! Each group sketches their ideas on paper before we scale them up to the big wall.
Can control 101: Learn the 'secrets' of the spray can—distance, pressure, and nozzle types. You'll practice lines and fades first.
The outline: Our artists help you transfer your sketches onto the mural surface, creating the framework for your masterpiece.
Filling & fading: The fun part! Your team works together to fill in the colours, focusing on blending and gradients.
The final cut: Use black or white outlines to make your artwork 'pop' and add those professional-looking highlights.
Team vernissage: We finish with a group photo and a 'unveiling' of the mural where each sub-team explains their contribution.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Helyi kultúra

Düsseldorf is more than just high fashion and the 'Kö'; it’s a city with a pulsing creative heart. From the legendary Kiefernstraße—a world-famous street art landmark—to the hidden gems in Flingern and Bilk, the city lives and breathes visual expression. Our workshops tap into this local 'Düsseldorfer' spirit, blending the city's sophisticated edge with the raw energy of the street art scene. We love bringing teams to the city's urban canvases to experience a side of the Rhineland they’ve never seen before.

🎨 Fun fact: Düsseldorf is home to Kiefernstraße, which was once an area of political squatting and is now one of the most colourful, fully-painted residential streets in all of Europe!
