What exactly is an anti-vandalism graffiti workshop?

The anti-vandalism program is a unique workshop designed to channel creative energy into authorised, legal art. Instead of illegal tagging on public property, we teach participants how to respect urban spaces while expressing themselves on professional canvases or designated walls. It’s an educational and fun way to understand the difference between destruction and creation in the street art world.

Do I need to be an artist to join the workshop?

Absolutely! No prior artistic talent or experience is required. Our professional Madrid-based artists are experts at breaking down the basics, from how to hold a spray can to creating complex 3D effects. We provide all the tools and guidance you need to create something you’ll be genuinely proud of by the end of the session.

Is the workshop safe for participants?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls, to keep you and your clothes clean. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated or outdoor areas, and we use professional-grade paint. Our artists provide a full safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can to ensure a worry-free experience.

Where in Madrid do these workshops take place?

We are incredibly flexible with locations across Madrid! We can host the event at various authorized street art spots, or we can bring the workshop to you if you have a suitable private outdoor space. If you're looking for a specific vibe—like near the street art hub of Lavapiés—we can help suggest the perfect backdrop for your creative session.

How long does the graffiti experience last?

Standard workshops typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief introduction to graffiti culture and ethics, a demonstration of techniques, and plenty of hands-on time for you to complete your masterpiece. If you have specific time constraints, we can easily tailor the duration to fit your group’s schedule.

Is there an upfront payment required?

Not at all. At Graffitifun, we believe in the quality of our service. You don't need to pay anything upfront when booking. We want you to feel confident and excited about your event. Once the workshop is completed and everyone is satisfied with their spray-painting experience, the payment is settled. It’s our 100% satisfaction guarantee in action.

Can you accommodate large groups?

Yes, we can accommodate groups of almost any size! Whether it's a small group of friends or a large-scale corporate event with 100+ people, we have the staff and materials to handle it. For larger groups, we simply bring in more of our professional artists to ensure everyone gets enough individual attention and time with the spray cans.

Helyi kultúra

Madrid is a global powerhouse of street art, from the massive murals in the PAU de Vallecas to the hidden gems in La Tabacalera. Our anti-vandalism programme celebrates this culture by teaching participants to admire the art without damaging the city's historical architecture. We draw inspiration from the city's 'Movida Madrileña' roots, blending that rebellious spirit with modern artistic discipline.

Fun fact: Madrid is home to one of the oldest graffiti signatures in the world! A legendary artist known as 'Muelle' started his unique style here in the 1980s, and his work is now protected as a cultural heritage site by the city council. ✨
