Do I need any prior drawing or painting experience?

Absolutely! Most of our event participants have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, teaching you how to control the nozzle, create clean lines, and build up colours. We provide a safe, supportive environment where the goal is to have fun and express yourself. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the masterpiece you've created, regardless of your artistic background.

What materials are included in the cultural event package?

We’ve got you covered from head to toe! Graffitifun provides all the high-quality spray paint, caps, and canvases needed for the workshop. We also provide protective gear, including overalls, gloves, and face masks to keep your clothes and skin clean. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dusty, just in case, but we take safety and cleanliness very seriously.

Where in Eindhoven do the workshops typically take place?

Eindhoven is famous for its legal street art zones, and we love using these authentic urban settings! We often host events at the Berenkuil (Insulindeplein), a world-renowned 'Hall of Fame' for graffiti. This provides an incredible backdrop for your cultural experience. However, we are flexible! If you have a specific private venue or office space in mind, we can also bring a mobile setup to you using eco-friendly paints.

How long does the workshop last?

A standard cultural graffiti event usually lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of the culture, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the final creation of your large-scale artwork. If you have a tighter schedule or want a more in-depth masterclass, we can easily adjust the duration to fit your event's specific needs and flow.

Is there a deposit required to book our date?

At Graffitifun, we believe in flexibility. One of our core values is that you don't have to pay anything upfront. You can book your date and confirm the details, and payment is only handled after the workshop has taken place. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any transaction occurs. It’s our way of guaranteeing a stress-free and fun planning process for you.

Is the paint safe to use for all participants?

Yes, safety is our top priority. We use high-quality spray cans and provide professional-grade protective masks and gloves. Our instructors are experienced artists who oversee the entire process to ensure everyone uses the equipment correctly. We also ensure that our outdoor locations are spacious and well-ventilated. If we work indoors, we use special low-odour or water-based paints designed for interior use to keep everyone comfortable and safe.

What happens if it rains or an instructor is sick?

Eindhoven’s weather can be unpredictable, but we always have a Plan B. We have access to indoor locations or can set up covered areas if the rain is light. Additionally, we have a large pool of backup artists available, so even if an instructor falls ill, your event will proceed exactly as planned. We pride ourselves on never cancelling an event due to scheduling conflicts or staffing issues.
