Do we need any previous artistic skills to participate?

Absolutely no prior artistic experience is required for our leadership training. In fact, many participants haven't held a spray can since childhood. Our professional artists in Breda guide you through the basics of can control and layering and then transition into the leadership exercises. The focus isn't on creating a gallery masterpiece, but on how your team communicates and leads through the creative process. Everyone can do this!

Is the graffiti workshop safe and what should we wear?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to protect your clothing. We use professional spray paint in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially designated legal graffiti zones in Breda. Our artists are trained to manage group safety and ensure that all equipment is used correctly, allowing you to focus entirely on the leadership lessons at hand.

Where in Breda do the workshops take place?

Flexibility is key to our service. We have a network of graffiti-friendly locations across Breda, ranging from urban creative hubs to more polished event spaces. If you have a specific venue in mind, or want to host it at your office (provided there is suitable outdoor space), we can often accommodate that. We also have backup artists available to ensure your event goes ahead regardless of unforeseen circumstances.

Can the workshop be tailored to our specific leadership goals?

Yes, we work with you to align the workshop goals with your specific leadership development targets. Whether you want to focus on decision-making under pressure, fostering innovation, or improving communication between different management levels, we can tweak the 'mission' of the graffiti project to reflect those needs. This makes the experience highly relevant to your team's real-world challenges in the Breda business landscape.

How long does a leadership graffiti session usually last?

The workshop usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes a briefing on safety and technique, a collaborative design phase, the actual execution of the mural, and a concluding reflection session. We find this timeframe is the sweet spot for maintaining high energy while allowing enough time for meaningful leadership insights to emerge during the creative process. Longer sessions can be arranged upon request.

How does the payment process work?

One of our unique advantages is our 'pay after' policy. We don't require upfront payments for our Breda leadership workshops; you pay the invoice after the event has been successfully completed. This provides you with peace of mind and demonstrates our commitment to delivering a high-quality experience that meets your expectations every single time. It's all about building a relationship of trust.

What is the ideal group size for this training?

Our leadership workshops are designed for groups of various sizes. Whether you are a small executive team of 5 or a larger department of 50, we can scale the experience accordingly by bringing in more professional artists. For very large groups, we often divide the team into 'crews' that must collaborate on a massive, unified mural, which adds an extra layer of strategic leadership complexity.
