Is the graffiti workshop safe for people with special needs?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality, low-odour spray paint whenever possible and provide all necessary protective gear, including masks, gloves, and aprons. Our instructors are trained to manage the environment carefully, ensuring a secure and comfortable space for all participants in Leuven. We also perform a safety briefing at the start of every session to make sure everyone feels confident.

How do you adapt the workshop for different levels of ability?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether it is a sensory-friendly environment with lower noise levels, wheelchair-accessible locations, or step-by-step visual instructions, we tailor the workshop to the specific needs of your group. Just let us know your requirements during the booking process, and our Belgian artist team will ensure the session is perfectly paced and supportive for every individual involved.

How long does a typical session last?

Our standard special needs workshops in Leuven typically last between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We have found this to be the 'sweet spot' for maintaining engagement without causing fatigue. However, we can easily shorten or extend the session based on the group's energy levels and attention spans. We always include regular breaks to keep the atmosphere relaxed and fun.

What should participants wear to the workshop?

We recommend wearing old clothes and sneakers that you don't mind getting a little paint on. While we provide protective aprons and gear, graffiti is a hands-on art form and splashes can happen! It's all part of the creative process. Think of your outfit as a backup canvas for your Leuven street art adventure.

Do we need to provide the location in Leuven?

We can host the workshop at various accessible locations across Leuven, or we can even come to your facility! If we come to you, we just need an outdoor space or a well-ventilated indoor area where we can set up our mobile plastic walls. We handle all the setup and cleanup, leaving your space exactly as we found it, minus the boring walls!

Do participants need prior art experience?

Not at all. Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional street artists guide the group through basic techniques, from holding the can to creating simple shapes and 'tags'. We focus on the joy of creation rather than technical perfection, ensuring everyone leaves feeling like a successful artist with a masterpiece to show for it.

How does the payment process work?

No upfront payment is required when you book with Graffitifun. We believe in our service and want you to feel completely confident. You only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This makes the booking process stress-free for schools, care homes, and support organisations in Belgium.

Cultura locale

Leuven is a city that perfectly blends its historic university charm with a modern, rebellious creative streak. While many know the city for the stunning Oude Markt or the Gothic Town Hall, the local street art scene is quietly flourishing in corners like the Sluispark and the Vaartkom area. Our workshops tap into this local "Leuvense" energy, encouraging participants to contribute to the city's living culture. 🎨

Fun Fact: Leuven is home to some incredible legal graffiti zones where the city actively encourages urban art, making it one of the most street-art-friendly cities in Belgium!

Price per person: €25 - €55 (VAT excluded)
Note: Final pricing depends on the group size, duration, and specific support requirements.
