Opplevelsen
Why choose a graffiti workshop for your team development in Breda? It’s simple: it levels the playing field. In front of a blank wall with a spray can in hand, job titles don't matter—only collaboration and creativity do. Here is why it works:
- Enhanced communication: Designing a mural requires clear dialogue and the ability to listen to different perspectives.
- Creative problem solving: Dealing with a new medium like spray paint encourages teams to think laterally and adapt quickly.
- Boosted morale: Seeing a large-scale project come to life through collective effort provides a massive sense of shared achievement.
- Stress relief: The physical act of painting in an informal, outdoor or urban setting is a fantastic way to decompress from office life.
- Lasting legacy: Take the finished canvases back to your office in Breda as a permanent reminder of what you can achieve together.
- Expert guidance: We provide professional artists to ensure the final result looks incredible, regardless of your team's skill level.
Steg for steg
- Intro and inspiration: We start with a brief history of Breda's street art scene and an introduction to the professional artists who will guide you.
- Safety and gear: Everyone gets fitted with protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We do a quick safety demo so you feel confident with the equipment.
- Mastering the nozzle: You'll head to the practice wall to learn basic lines, dots, and filling techniques. Discover how pressure and distance change your strokes.
- Brainstorming the mural: Your team works together to sketch out a concept that represents your company's values, goals, or a specific project theme.
- Outlining the big picture: Under the guidance of our artists, the lead outlines are placed on the main canvas or wall, creating the skeleton of your team masterpiece.
- The colour explosion: This is the fun part! The whole team dives in to fill the piece with vibrant colours, gradients, and textures using various spray techniques.
- Finessing the details: Our pros help you refine the edges, add highlights, and put those professional finishing touches that make the artwork pop.
- The grand reveal: Step back and admire your collective work. We take high-quality team photos that you can bring back to the office to remember the day.

Lokal kultur
Gatekunst i Breda
Breda is a city that perfectly balances its "Nassaustad" heritage with a forward-thinking creative energy. Home to the famous 'Blind Walls Gallery', the city is essentially an open-air museum with over 100 murals telling the local stories of Breda. Our team development workshops tap into this local culture, encouraging your staff to contribute to the city's artistic narrative. We often host sessions at the Haveneiland or other iconic urban spots where the atmosphere of the city's industrial past meets its creative future. By choosing Breda for your workshop, you're immersing your team in a community that genuinely celebrates street art as a tool for storytelling and urban renewal.
