Do we need any previous art experience for the workshop?

Absolutely! Most of our team development participants in Manchester have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert coaches who break down the process into simple, manageable steps. We focus on 'sketch-to-wall' techniques that allow everyone, regardless of their artistic 'talent', to contribute meaningfully to the final masterpiece while having a blast.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my team?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality masks/respirators, gloves, and protective overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control and provide a safer environment. Our artists conduct a full safety briefing before any paint is sprayed, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and secure throughout the session.

Where in Manchester does the workshop take place?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the event at one of our partner creative spaces in central Manchester or the Northern Quarter. Alternatively, if you have a suitable outdoor space or a well-ventilated indoor area at your office, we can bring the entire mobile studio to you. We handle all the surface protection to ensure your venue stays clean.

How long does the team building session last?

A standard team development session usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This provides enough time for the intro, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final collaborative mural project. If you have a tighter schedule or want a more intensive full-day creative retreat, we can definitely customise the duration to fit your Manchester itinerary.

What are your payment terms for corporate bookings?

We don't require any upfront payment when you book your Manchester workshop. We believe in the quality of our service, so you only pay after the workshop has been successfully completed. This makes the administrative process much easier for your finance department and gives you total peace of mind when planning your corporate event.

What happens if the artist is sick or it rains?

While we rarely have to cancel, we always have backup artists on standby in the Manchester area. If your lead artist is unwell, another professional from our team will step in seamlessly. We also have weather contingency plans for outdoor sessions, ensuring your team development day goes ahead rain or shine. Fun is guaranteed!

Opplevelsen

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team day in Manchester? Because it’s the ultimate equaliser. In front of a blank wall, everyone starts from scratch, encouraging a unique kind of bonding that you just don't get with traditional activities. ✨

Boosted collaboration: Nothing says teamwork like coordinating a 10-foot wide mural together. 🤝
Creative problem solving: Learn to pivot and adapt when the paint flows in unexpected ways.
Stress relief: There’s something incredibly cathartic about the 'psssshhh' of a spray can! 💨
Tangible results: Take home a permanent reminder of what your team can achieve when they work in sync.
Zero risk: With our backup artist guarantee and "pay after" policy, your event is in safe hands.

Steg for steg

The warm-up: Arrive at the Manchester studio and meet your lead artist for a brief intro into the history of Mancunian street art.
Safety first: Get geared up in your protective overalls, gloves, and professional masks – safety is our number one priority.
Master the tools: Learn the basics of spray can control, from making 'fat' lines to fine details and the secret to perfect fades.
Concept sketching: Your team works together to brainstorm a theme that represents your company values or specific project goals.
The outline: Transfer your collective vision onto the large-scale canvas or wall under the guidance of our pros.
Vibrant filling: This is where the magic happens! The team works in harmony to fill the piece with bold colours and textures.
Final touches: Add the sharp outlines and 'highlights' that make the artwork pop and look like a professional mural.
The big reveal: Step back, admire the collaborative masterpiece, and take those all-important team photos for the office wall.
