Do I need any previous art experience to join?

Absolutely! Most of our participants in Murcia have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, teaching you how to hold the can, control the pressure, and create clean lines. You'll be amazed at how quickly you'll pick up the techniques and create something you're proud of. It's all about having fun and expressing yourself in a relaxed environment.

What should I bring to the workshop?

We provide everything you need for a complete street art experience. This includes professional-grade spray cans in a huge variety of colours, protective gloves, masks, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the canvases or practice walls and all the inspiration you can handle. Just show up in some comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting a bit of dust on!

Is the workshop safe, and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our number one priority. We use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control and provide high-quality respiratory masks and gloves for every participant. Our workshops take place in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially designed indoor spaces. Our artists give a full safety briefing before we start, ensuring everyone knows how to handle the equipment responsibly while having a blast.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard cultural event workshop in Murcia typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of graffiti, a demonstration of techniques, plenty of practice time, and the creation of your final masterpiece. We can also tailor the duration to fit your event schedule if you have specific timing requirements for your group or festival.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are very flexible! We host small private groups, but we also have the capacity to handle large-scale cultural festivals or corporate events with dozens of participants. For very large groups, we bring in additional backup artists to ensure everyone gets personal guidance and a high-quality experience. No matter the size of your party, we make sure the energy stays high and creative.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

Weather in Murcia is usually great, but if it rains, we have backup plans! We can often move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or an indoor location. If that's not possible, we can reschedule the event to a time that suits you better. Because we have a team of backup artists available, we are very resilient to last-minute changes and rarely have to cancel.

Do I need to pay in advance?

At Graffitifun, we believe in our service so much that we don't require upfront payments for most bookings. You can book your spot and pay after the workshop is completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any money changes hands. We want your Murcia street art experience to be completely stress-free from start to finish.

Lokal kultur

Murcia is a city that breathes life through its blending of baroque architecture and modern urban energy. While most tourists flock to the Cathedral, the real soul of the modern city can be found in its hidden plazas and the creative energy of the Barrio del Carmen. Street art in Murcia has flourished, turning plain walls into a public gallery that reflects the Mediterranean spirit. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Murcia is known as the "Orchard of Europe"? Our workshops often draw inspiration from the lush, green landscapes and bright citrus colours found right in the city's backyard! 🍋

Participating in a graffiti event here isn't just about painting; it's about connecting with the local "Murcian" vibe—relaxed, sunny, and incredibly welcoming. We bring that same energy to every workshop we host in this historic yet hip city. 🔥
