Is spray painting safe for a school environment?

We take safety very seriously. We use low-odour spray paint where possible and provide all necessary high-quality protective gear, including FFP3 masks, gloves, and aprons. During the training, we'll teach you how to set up a safe outdoor or well-ventilated indoor 'spray zone' at your school, including proper disposal and student management to ensure a risk-free creative environment.

The workshop typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours, but we can extend this for full-day professional development sessions. What is the minimum group size for a professional development session?

We recommend a minimum group of 5-6 teachers to make the session interactive and cost-effective, but we can accommodate large faculty groups of 30 or more. If you are an individual teacher looking for training, get in touch and we can let you know when our next 'open' educator workshop is scheduled in the city.

Do I get a certificate after the training?

While we don't grant a government QTS qualification, you will receive a Graffitifun Certificate of Completion. More importantly, you'll gain the practical 'street cred' and technical confidence to lead a successful urban art unit. Many of our past Manchester attendees have used this training to successfully evidence their commitment to CPD and innovative teaching.
