Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Hamburg workshops are designed for everyone, from CEOs to interns. Our professional artists will guide your team through the basics of spray can control, lettering, and filling techniques. We start with simple exercises to build confidence before moving on to the main collaborative project. You'll be amazed at the high-quality mural your team can produce with just a little expert guidance and a lot of Hamburg spirit.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my employees?

Safety is our top priority in the Hanseatic city. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality FFP3 masks, disposable overalls, and gloves to keep your clothes and lungs clean. While we use professional-grade spray paint, we conduct our sessions in well-ventilated outdoor areas or dedicated halls. Our artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a canister, ensuring a worry-free environment for your team's creativity.

How long does a typical team development session last?

A standard team development session in Hamburg typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes the introductory briefing, safety training, technique practice, and the final creation of your collaborative masterpiece. This timeframe is perfect for a morning or afternoon activity, leaving plenty of time to enjoy a nice meal or a walk along the Elbe afterwards. We can also adjust the duration to fit your specific schedule.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of 200, we can accommodate you. For very large groups, we bring in multiple professional artists to ensure every participant gets personal attention and guidance. We split larger groups into sub-teams that work on different sections of a massive mural, which then come together for a spectacular final reveal.

Do we have to pay in advance for the workshop?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'No-Go-No-Pay' mentality. You don't need to pay anything upfront when booking your Hamburg workshop. We believe in our service so much that you only pay after the event has taken place and you are satisfied with the results. This makes the booking process stress-free for your finance department and ensures we are always motivated to deliver the best possible experience.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

Hamburg weather can be unpredictable, but we've got you covered. We have several 'legal walls' across the city that offer some shelter, and for days when the weather really doesn't play ball, we have access to indoor locations or industrial halls. If the forecast looks truly dire, our backup artists and flexible scheduling mean we can usually find a solution that keeps everyone dry and creative. We never let a little rain dampen the team spirit!

Can we take our artwork back to the office?

While we usually work on large-scale boards or walls for the best team-building effect, we can arrange for individuals to take home smaller canvases they've created. Alternatively, many Hamburg companies choose to have the final collective mural professionally moved to their office space. It serves as a fantastic, colourful reminder of what your team can achieve when they collaborate and 'think outside the box.' Just let us know your preference when booking!

Boost collective problem solving: Designing a mural requires communication, compromise, and shared vision. 💪
Visible results: Unlike theoretical seminars, you end the day with a physical, vibrant masterpiece you built together. 🏆
Epic stress relief: There is something incredibly cathartic about the 'psshhh' of a spray can—it's the ultimate reset button. ✨
Pure Hamburg vibes: Connect with the city's urban culture in a way that’s authentic, edgy, and unforgettable. ⚓
