Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, low-odour water-based spray paint for most charity events, and we always provide protective suits, gloves, and masks. Our professional artists lead a thorough safety briefing before anyone touches a can. We ensure the environment is well-ventilated and that everyone feels comfortable and safe while they are busy creating their masterpieces. Safety and fun go hand-in-hand here!

Where in Nantes can the charity event take place?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the event at a dedicated street art spot in Nantes, or we can bring the entire setup to your chosen venue. Whether it is a community centre, a school car park, or a private garden, we bring mobile wooden walls or canvases to set up a pop-up studio just for you. We make sure the area is protected and leave it spotless afterwards.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! In fact, most of our participants have never touched a spray can before. Our expert artists specialize in teaching 'newbies' the ropes. We will guide your supporters through basic techniques like 'fats', 'thins', and 'fades'. By the end of the session, they will be amazed at the professional-looking street art they have managed to create for your cause.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

Nantes weather can be unpredictable, but we have got you covered. If you have an indoor space available, we can use our special low-odour paints. If the event is outdoors and rain is forecast, we can usually reschedule or provide marquees depending on the setup. We also have a roster of backup artists to ensure your fundraiser goes ahead no matter what. We never want to let a good cause down!

How can we actually raise money during the workshop?

The creative possibilities are endless! Often, teams collaborate on a giant mural that represents the charity's mission. Alternatively, participants can create individual canvases that are auctioned off during the event to raise extra funds. Some charities even choose to auction the 'live' painting experience itself. We work with you to design a format that maximizes both engagement and donations.

How far in advance should we book our charity event?

Ideally, we recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and artist are available, especially during the busy summer months in Nantes. However, we know that charity events can sometimes come together quickly. Give us a shout even if it is last minute—thanks to our large team of artists, we can often make magic happen on short notice!

De ervaring

Why choose graffiti for your next big fundraiser in Nantes? It’s not just about the paint; it’s about the power of collective creativity. Here is why it works: 🔥

Unbeatable engagement: People are drawn to the hiss of a spray can. It is a unique experience that gets people talking and participating.
Visual storytelling: Use the mural to tell your charity’s story, making your mission impossible to ignore.
Social media gold: Colorful graffiti murals are perfect for Instagram and TikTok, helping your fundraiser go viral in the Nantes community. 📸
Inclusive for everyone: Grandparents, kids, and office workers can all spray side-by-side—no art degree required!
Tangible results: At the end, you have a physical piece of art that can be auctioned, donated, or displayed as a permanent reminder of the day.
Professional support: Our artists ensure the event runs smoothly so you can focus on your donors. 💪

Stap voor stap

Initial brainstorm: Contact us with your charity goals, expected guest count, and preferred date in Nantes. We will help you pick the best format to drive donations.
Choose your canvas: Decide if you want a massive collaborative mural, individual canvases for an auction, or a live art demonstration that guests can join.
Design the concept: Our artists work with you to incorporate your charity’s colours, logo, or a specific social message into the graffiti design.
The big setup: On the day, we arrive early to set up mobile walls, protective floor coverings, and all the gear (paint, suits, masks, and caps).
Artist demonstration: We kick things off with a high-energy demo, showing your supporters the basics of spray painting and the 'secret' tricks of the trade.
Get creative: It is time for action! Under our guidance, your supporters grab their cans and start bringing the fundraiser's vision to life.
Final flourishes: Our artists help add those professional sharp lines and highlights to ensure the final result looks absolutely incredible.
The grand reveal: Take photos, celebrate the teamwork, and perhaps host a live auction of the artwork created to boost those final fundraising figures! ✨

Lokale cultuur

Nantes is widely considered one of France's most avant-garde cities. From the legendary Le Voyage à Nantes trail to the vibrant graffiti found throughout the Quai des Antilles, street art is woven into the very fabric of the city. We love bringing our workshops to this environment because Nantais people truly appreciate the power of visual expression. 🎨

Fun local fact: Did you know that Nantes was the birthplace of Jules Verne? Much like his 'Extraordinary Voyages', our charity workshops are all about imagination and pushing boundaries. We often find that the local creative spirit makes for some of the most daring and beautiful murals in the country! 🐘

Whether your event is taking place near the bustling Île de Nantes or in a quieter community space in Saint-Herblain, we bring that authentic local street art vibe to your charity goals.
