Do we need prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our leadership training is designed for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. The workshop focuses on the process of creation, communication, and leadership rather than the final aesthetic. Our professional artists guide you through the technical side of using spray cans, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and capable. You'll be surprised at how much your team can achieve when they stop worrying about being 'perfect' and start focusing on the collaborative journey.

How long does the workshop usually last?

A typical leadership graffiti session in Leipzig lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This provides ample time for an initial briefing, skill-building exercises, the core leadership workshops, and a final debrief where we connect the creative experience back to your everyday office dynamics. If you have a specific schedule or tight time constraints, we can customise the duration to fit your corporate itinerary perfectly.

What about safety and protective gear?

We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective suits, and gloves to all participants. We also choose well-ventilated outdoor or dedicated indoor spaces. Our professional instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. Our paints are professional-grade, and we ensure the environment is controlled and secure for your entire team throughout the session.

Can you host the workshop at our office location?

Yes, we do! While we have fantastic partner locations across Leipzig, we can bring the graffiti experience to your office or a venue of your choice, provided there is a suitable outdoor space or a well-ventilated area that meets safety requirements. We use mobile graffiti walls that are easy to set up and take down, ensuring a clean and professional experience wherever you choose to host your training.

What is the ideal group size for this training?

To ensure a high-impact, personal coaching experience, we typically recommend groups of 10 to 50 people. However, we are fully equipped to handle much larger corporate events or smaller executive teams. For larger groups, we bring in additional professional artists and coaches to maintain a high facilitator-to-participant ratio, ensuring that every leader receives the attention and feedback they need to grow.

Why should we choose Graffitifun over other team-building providers?

What sets us apart is the 'no-risk' booking policy. You don't need to pay anything upfront; payment is handled after the workshop is successfully completed. We also have a 'no-cancellation' guarantee thanks to our large network of backup artists. Plus, our focus isn't just on painting—it's on the psychological and structural elements of leadership, making it a genuine professional development tool rather than just a fun day out.

How does graffiti actually help with leadership skills?

While many workshops focus on individual creation, our leadership training emphasises the collective 'mural.' Groups must negotiate space, share resources (paint colours), and align their individual 'tags' with a broader vision. This mirrors corporate life perfectly—how do you maintain your individual identity while contributing to a common goal? The physical act of spray painting breaks down silos and encourages a level of honest communication that is hard to achieve in a boardroom.

De ervaring

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next leadership retreat in Leipzig? Because traditional methods often fail to capture the messy, vibrant reality of leading a modern team. Here’s why we’re different:

Instant Feedback: Graffiti is immediate. If a leader isn't clear, the wall shows it instantly. ✨
Equality on the Wall: The spray can is a great equaliser; job titles vanish when you're wearing a protective suit.
Vibrant Problem Solving: Forces teams to think outside the box (and the lines) to execute a shared vision.
Risk-Free Booking: We have backup artists on standby, so your event never gets cancelled.
Boosted Morale: Nothing says "we're a modern company" like creating a massive piece of street art together. 🎨
Leipzig Expertise: We know the best spots and the local regulations, ensuring a smooth, professional day.

Stap voor stap

Arrival and briefing: Your team meets our artists at a vibrant Leipzig location for a high-energy kick-off.
The basics of flow: We teach the fundamentals of spray control, lines, and shading to build confidence.
Vision setting: Leaders are tasked with defining a visual concept that represents their team's future.
Collaborative execution: The team hits the wall, navigating the challenges of shared space and real-time feedback.
Adaptive coaching: Our facilitators circulate, pointing out leadership styles and communication hurdles as they happen.
The Big Reveal: We step back to evaluate the completed mural and the journey taken to get there.
Reflective debrief: We bridge the gap between the spray cans and the office, discussing how to apply these lessons Monday morning.

Lokale cultuur

Leipzig is often called the 'New Berlin' for a reason—its urban art scene is exploding! From the industrial charm of Plagwitz to the alternative vibes of Connewitz, the city is a living gallery. By hosting your leadership training here, you’re tapping into a local culture of rebellion and innovation. We often conduct our sessions near the historic Leipziger Baumwollspinnerei, an old cotton mill turned art hub, providing the perfect inspiring backdrop for your team. 🔥

Fun Fact: Did you know Leipzig is home to some of the oldest 'Halls of Fame' (legal graffiti walls) in East Germany? The city has a deep-rooted respect for the craft that makes it the premier spot for your creative professional development.

Prijzen

Our leadership experiences are as unique as your team. Prices generally range between €30 and €65 per person, depending on the group size, chosen materials, and specific coaching requirements. We don't believe in hidden fees or surprise costs.

No upfront payment: We trust our clients as much as we trust our artists. You only pay after the workshop is complete and your team is buzzing with inspiration! 🏆
