Do we need any previous art experience to join?

Absolutely not! Our Stuttgart workshops are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to those with a bit of artistic flair. Our professional artists will guide you through every step, starting with basic lines and moving on to 3D effects. You'll be amazed at what you can create in just a few hours. It’s all about the experience and having a great time with your university mates.

What is included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need to get creative! This includes a wide range of high-quality spray cans in various colours, protective gear like overalls, gloves, and masks, and the canvases or wall space for your art. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a bit of dust on. We’ve got the technical side covered so you can focus on the art.

Is the graffiti workshop safe?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks and protective clothing to ensure everyone stays safe and clean. Our professional artists also give a comprehensive safety briefing before any cans are shaken. We use low-odour paints where possible and ensure the workshop is held in a well-ventilated or outdoor area in compliance with Stuttgart's local safety regulations for public events.

Can you accommodate large university societies or faculties?

Definitely! We love hosting large groups. Whether it's a small society meeting or a massive faculty-wide event, we have the staff and materials to handle it. We even have backup artists on standby to ensure your event goes off without a hitch. For very large groups, we can set up multiple 'stations' so everyone gets a chance to spray and learn without waiting around.

How long does a typical session last?

The standard university workshop lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of street art, a technique tutorial, and plenty of hands-on spraying time. We can also customise the duration to fit into your lecture schedule or event timeline. If you want a more intensive masterclass, we can easily extend the session to dive deeper into advanced techniques.

Where in Stuttgart do the workshops take place?

We are highly flexible! We can host the workshop at various legal graffiti spots across Stuttgart, or we can bring the experience to your campus if there's a suitable outdoor space. If the weather is typically 'German' and looking rainy, we can arrange for indoor solutions using mobile graffiti walls or canvases. We'll work with your student union to find the most convenient location for your group.

Do we have to pay in advance?

No, you don't have to pay upfront! We believe in the quality of our workshops and want you to feel confident in your booking. You can settle the payment after the workshop has taken place. This makes it much easier for university societies to manage their budgets and collect funds from members without the stress of immediate out-of-pocket expenses. Just book, spray, and pay later!

Lokale cultuur

Stuttgart is more than just Porsche and Mercedes; it's a city with a deep-rooted appreciation for urban culture. From the famous Hall of Fame at the Bad Cannstatt station to the hidden murals in the Stuttgart-West district, the city is a playground for visual storytellers. Our workshops tap into this local 'Viertel' vibe, encouraging students to contribute to the city's evolving artistic dialogue.

Fun Fact: Did you know Stuttgart is home to one of Germany's oldest legal graffiti walls? The 'Hall of Fame' in Bad Cannstatt has been a pilgrimage site for sprayers since the late 80s, proving that creativity is just as much a part of the city's DNA as automotive engineering!
