Do I need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our onboarding workshops in Munich are designed for everyone, from total beginners to closet Picassos. Our professional artists guide you through every step, starting with basic spray techniques and safety. You will be amazed at how quickly you can create something impressive once you learn the fundamental 'pieces' of graffiti culture. It is all about the experience and team bonding!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my employees?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint in a well-ventilated outdoor environment. Our artists are trained to supervise groups and ensure everyone uses the equipment correctly, making the entire experience safe, controlled, and enjoyable for your whole team.

How long does a typical workshop session last?

A standard onboarding workshop usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, design phase, practice session, and the creation of the final masterpiece. We can also customise the duration to fit your company's schedule, whether you want a quick 90-minute energy boost or a more intensive half-day creative retreat.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you have a small startup team of 10 or a massive corporate department of 100+, we can accommodate you. For larger groups, we bring in additional professional artists and set up multiple 'canvas stations' to ensure everyone gets hands-on time and personalised coaching throughout the workshop.

What happens if it rains on the day of the workshop?

Munich weather can be unpredictable, but we have you covered! If rain is forecast, we can often move to a sheltered outdoor location or use specialized indoor setups with water-based, low-odour paints if the venue allows. Because we have a large team of backup artists, we almost never cancel—we simply adapt to ensure your team has a great time!

Can we keep the artwork we create?

The best part is that you get to keep what you create! Most teams choose to paint on large wooden panels or canvases. These can be transported back to your Munich office immediately to brighten up the workspace. It serves as a permanent reminder of your team's collaboration and the warm welcome your new hires received.

What should our team wear to the workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. While we provide full protective gear including overalls, it’s always better to be safe. Since we usually work outdoors at Munich's legal graffiti walls, please dress according to the weather—layers are usually the best bet!

Lokalna kultura

Munich isn't just about Lederhosen and beer gardens; it has one of the oldest and most respected graffiti scenes in Germany. From the legendary murals at the Tumblingerstraße to the vibrant halls of fame in Werksviertel-Mitte, the city is a canvas of urban expression. Our workshops often take place at these iconic legal spots, giving your team a genuine taste of Munich's underground culture. 🎨

Fun Fact: Munich was a pioneer of European graffiti in the 80s, and the city continues to support urban art through massive legal projects like the 'Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art' (MUCA)!
