Do students need prior artistic experience?

Absolutely! Most university students have never touched a spray can before. Our workshops are designed to be inclusive and beginner-friendly. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, from basic line work to advanced shading. You will be amazed at what you can create in just a couple of hours, regardless of your prior artistic experience.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything needed for a successful session. This includes high-quality spray paint in a variety of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and professional-grade masks (FfP2/FfP3). We also bring the canvases or mobile graffiti walls. The only thing you need to provide is an outdoor location or a well-ventilated space, though we can help find a spot in Almere!

How do you handle safety during the event?

Safety is our absolute priority. We provide professional respiratory protection and protective clothing to keep everyone safe and clean. Our instructors are experienced professionals who provide clear safety briefings before any paint is sprayed. We also ensure the workspace is set up to prevent any overspray on surrounding university property or public infrastructure.

How long does a typical workshop last?

A standard university workshop usually lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction, a practice session, and the creation of a final masterpiece. However, we are flexible! If you have a shorter window during a student festival or a longer dedicated team-building afternoon, we can adapt the schedule to fit your specific needs.

Can you accommodate large student groups?

We can accommodate almost any group size! For small student committees of 10 people to large introduction week events with over 100 participants, we have the staff and equipment to scale. For very large groups, we often use a 'walk-in' rotation system so everyone gets a chance to spray while others enjoy the festive atmosphere.

What happens if an artist is unable to make it?

Yes, we have a network of backup artists ready to step in. We understand that university events involve a lot of planning and logistics, so we guarantee that your workshop will go ahead as scheduled. If an instructor falls ill, we have a professional replacement ready to ensure your event in Almere isn't interrupted.

Do we have to pay in advance?

No, you don't need to pay everything upfront! We believe in the quality of our service, so we offer the option to pay after the workshop. This makes the administration process much easier for university finance departments and student unions, as you only pay once you are 100% satisfied with the experience.

Lokalna kultura

Almere is a city built on innovation and modern design, making it a natural home for contemporary street art. From the sleek lines of the City Center to the creative hubs in Oosterwold, the city breathes a fresh, experimental vibe. Unlike older Dutch cities, Almere’s "New Town" status provides a unique canvas for urban expression. We often see students drawing inspiration from the city's iconic architecture or the nearby water views. By choosing a graffiti workshop here, you are tapping into Almere's identity as a place where new ideas are encouraged and where the future is literally being painted every day.

Cennik

Our university workshops are competitively priced to fit student union budgets. Prices typically range from €25 to €55 per person, depending on the number of participants, the duration of the session, and the materials required. We believe in transparency and flexibility, which is why we offer a 'pay after the workshop' policy.
