What is the minimum age for a graffiti birthday party?

The minimum age is typically 6 years old. At this age, kids have enough motor skills to handle the spray cans safely. We use specialised 'low pressure' cans for younger groups in Dusseldorf, which are much easier to control and produce less fumes, ensuring a fun and safe experience for the little ones.

Is it safe for children to use spray paint?

We take safety very seriously! We provide all kids with high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional masks. Our artists give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. Since we often work outdoors or in well-ventilated spaces near the Rhine, the environment is kept safe and breathable for everyone involved.

Will the kids' clothes get ruined by the paint?

Don't worry about the mess! We provide full-body protective suits for all participants. While we suggest wearing 'play clothes' and old trainers just in case of a stray splash, the overalls do a fantastic job of keeping their party outfits clean. We handle all the setup and clean-up of the painting area.

Do I need to provide the location in Dusseldorf?

Ideally, we need a legal graffiti wall or a private outdoor space. If you don't have a spot in mind, we can help arrange a location in Dusseldorf, often near creative hubs or parks. During the winter, we can also work on individual canvases indoors using specialized low-odour water-based paints that are perfectly safe for indoor use.

How long does a typical workshop last?

A standard kids' birthday workshop usually lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours. This provides enough time for the introduction, sketching, practice, and the final masterpiece. We find this timeframe is the 'sweet spot' for keeping children's attention spans high while allowing them enough time to feel proud of what they've created.

Can the children take their artwork home?

Absolutely! Depending on the package you choose, the birthday boy or girl can take home a large collaborative piece, or every single guest can create their own individual canvas to take home. These canvases make the ultimate party bag gift—it's a piece of hand-made street art that they can hang on their bedroom wall!

What happens if the group size changes at the last minute?

We are very flexible! If your guest list changes, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Because we don't require upfront payments, we can easily adjust the final invoice based on the number of kids who actually show up on the day. We want your Dusseldorf party planning to be as stress-free as possible.
