Do our managers need previous art experience?

Absolutely not! Our leadership training is designed for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. The spray can is simply a tool to facilitate communication and problem-solving. Our professional artists guide you through the techniques, ensuring everyone feels confident. The focus remains on the leadership dynamics and team synergy emerging through the creative process, rather than the aesthetic quality of the final piece.

Where in Toulouse can the workshop take place?

We are fully mobile! While we have fantastic partner locations in Toulouse, we can also bring the entire workshop to your office car park or a rented event space. We handle all the floor and wall protection to ensure the site remains spotless. This flexibility allows you to integrate the leadership training seamlessly into a larger corporate away-day or conference schedule without extra travel time.

What safety measures and gear do you provide?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits for every participant. Our aerosol paints are professional-grade and used in well-ventilated outdoor or semi-outdoor areas. Our artists provide a comprehensive safety briefing before any cans are shaken, ensuring a secure environment where your team can focus entirely on their development and having fun.

How long does a typical leadership workshop last?

A standard leadership graffiti session lasts between 2.5 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for the initial icebreakers, technique training, the collaborative mural project, and a final debriefing session. However, we are happy to scale the duration up or down to fit your specific itinerary. We find this timeframe provides the perfect balance between learning a new skill and achieving deep team insights.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

Rain doesn't stop the creativity! We always have a 'Plan B' ready. If the weather in Toulouse turns sour, we can move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or use specialized indoor-safe materials like water-based markers and canvases in a ventilated indoor room. Alternatively, we can reschedule the event for a later date. We ensure your leadership training goes ahead, rain or shine.

How does the payment process work?

We believe in the quality of our workshops, so we don't require any upfront payment. You only pay after the workshop has been completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. We'll send an invoice following the event, which can be paid via bank transfer. This 'pay later' policy gives your finance department peace of mind and proves our commitment to excellence.

How is this better than a traditional leadership seminar?

Unlike traditional seminars, graffiti forces leaders into a raw, unfiltered environment where roles are redefined. It highlights how your team handles ambiguity, how they delegate tasks under a time limit, and how they contribute to a shared vision. The physical 'mural' acts as a real-time mirror of your corporate culture, providing actionable insights that are far more memorable than a PowerPoint presentation.

Experiența

Why choose graffiti for your next leadership event in Toulouse? Because it strips away the corporate veneer and forces genuine interaction. Here is why this experience is a game-changer for your managers:

Breaks through the "Status Quo": Nothing disrupts traditional thinking like a 10-foot wall and a spray can. 🔥
Encourages risk-taking: Leaders learn to embrace mistakes and adapt their strategy in real-time.
Visualises company vision: Turn abstract goals into a tangible, colourful mural you can actually see.
Boosts morale & engagement: It’s a high-energy, "unforgettable" day that beats any hotel conference room. ✨
No-risk booking: With our pay-later policy and backup artists, your event is guaranteed to be a success. 🏆

Pas cu pas

The briefing: Your team meets our professional street artists at a cool Toulouse location for an intro to graffiti culture and safety.
Skill building: Everyone learns the basics—nozzles, fades, and lines—to build individual confidence with the spray can.
The vision: Leaders must work together to sketch a concept that represents the team's goals or company values on the wall.
Role delegation: The group decides who handles the outlines, who fills the colours, and who manages the overall 'big picture'.
Execution phase: The team starts painting! This is where communication, adaptability, and leadership styles are put to the test.
The 'Crisis' moment: Our artists introduce a fun, unexpected challenge to see how the leaders pivot and support one another.
Final touches: The team adds 'highlights' and 'bits' to polish their collective masterpiece into a professional-looking mural.
The debrief: We step back and analyse the workflow, discussing what the artistic process revealed about your leadership dynamics.

Cultura locală

Toulouse, known as the "Pink City" for its iconic terracotta bricks, is a city where tradition meets high-tech innovation. But beyond the aerospace labs and historic squares lies a thriving underground street art scene. From the massive murals in the Arnaud Bernard district to the hidden gems along the Canal du Midi, Toulouse is a canvas of urban expression. Our workshops tap into this local energy, connecting your corporate goals with the city's rebellious, creative spirit.

Fun fact: Toulouse hosts the "Open Summer Festival," a celebration of graffiti and urban culture that attracts artists from all over the world. The city's tolerance and appreciation for street art make it the perfect backdrop for your leadership journey! 🚀
