Experiența
Choosing a graffiti workshop for your youth project in Breda is a fantastic way to engage teenagers and young adults who might not connect with traditional art forms. Here is why our workshops stand out:
- Boosts self-esteem: Completing a large-scale mural gives participants a huge sense of pride and ownership.
- Encourages collaboration: Youth have to work together to plan and execute a cohesive piece of art.
- Professional guidance: Our artists are not just talented; they are experienced in working with diverse youth groups.
- Safe and legal: we teach the difference between vandalism and street art, focusing on legal creative expression.
- Stress-free booking: With no upfront payment and backup artists ready, your event is in safe hands.
- Mobile flexibility: If you can't come to us, we bring the entire street art studio to your Breda location.
Pas cu pas
- Intro and history: We kick things off with a brief, high-energy talk about the roots of graffiti and how it evolved from street tagging to respected urban art.
- Safety briefing: Your artist demonstrates how to use the spray cans safely and explains the importance of the protective gear provided.
- First lines: Everyone gets a can and starts with basic exercises on practice walls to get a feel for pressure, distance, and movement.
- Sketching the concept: Participants work together or individually to sketch out their design, focusing on lettering, characters, or abstract shapes.
- Filling and fading: We teach the 'fill-in' technique and how to create smooth colour transitions and gradients for that professional look.
- Outlining: This is the crucial step where the piece comes to life. We show you how to add sharp outlines to make your artwork pop.
- Detailing and highlights: Learn how to add the 'finishing touches' like shines, shadows, and 3D effects that give graffiti its depth.
- Group photo and cleanup: We celebrate the final result with a group photoshoot in front of the mural before tidying up the site completely.
Bine de știut
- Duration: Sessions typically range from 90 minutes to 3 hours, depending on your goals.
