Can the live painting happen indoors in Charleroi?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, low-odour professional spray paint, and if the venue requires it, we can use water-based spray paints that are virtually scent-free. We also bring heavy-duty floor protection and partition walls to ensure the surrounding area stays pristine while the art comes to life. Safety and cleanliness are just as important to us as the art itself.

How long does a live painting session usually last?

We recommend a minimum of 2 hours for a high-impact piece, but we can perform for an entire day or multi-day festival. The duration depends on the complexity of the design and the size of the surface. We work with you to ensure the 'reveal' or the peak of the creative process aligns perfectly with your event's main schedule.

Do we get to choose what the artist paints?

It's totally up to you! Some clients want their brand logo front and centre, while others prefer a freestyle piece that captures the 'vibe' of the party. Our artists can work from a specific brief or create something completely spontaneous. We'll discuss the concept with you well in advance to ensure the final result blows everyone away.

Can we keep the artwork after the event ends?

Yes, that is a popular option! Many of our Charleroi clients choose to keep the final artwork on its wooden panels or canvas. It makes for an incredible souvenir for your office or a unique prize for a giveaway. Alternatively, we can arrange for the removal and recycling of the materials if you don't wish to keep the piece.

What do I need to provide for the artist?

We are fully self-sufficient. We bring the boards/canvas, the paint, drop-cloths, and safety gear. All we usually need from you is a flat space to work and decent lighting. If the event is at night or in a dark corner of a venue, we might ask for access to a power point for our work lights.

Do I need to pay everything upfront?

Not at all! Unlike many other agencies, Graffitifun offers a 'pay after the workshop' policy. We believe in the quality of our work and want you to feel completely confident when booking. You'll receive the invoice once the event is successfully completed and you're happy with the masterpiece we've created.

Lokal kultur

Charleroi is a city with a soul of steel and a heart of art. Known for its industrial heritage, it has reinvented itself as a playground for urban explorers and street art aficionados. From the famous 'Urban Dream' route to the towering murals that decorate the Sambre banks, Charleroi understands the power of the spray can. Our live painting performances tap into this local 'Pays Noir' grit, blending the city's tough history with a modern, colourful future. ✨

Fun Fact: Charleroi is often called the 'capital of the comic strip' (BD), and you can see this influence in the local street art style, which often features bold characters and narrative elements that we love to incorporate into our live sessions!

Prissättning

Every event in Charleroi is unique, and our pricing reflects that! Depending on the artist's profile, the size of the mural, and the duration of the performance, rates generally fall within a specific range to keep things transparent.

Estimated cost: €25 - €55 per person (based on event scale and materials).

Because every live painting gig is a bespoke creation, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Whether you want a small canvas or a massive outdoor wall, we’ll work with your budget. 💰
