Do I need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our Valencia pop-up workshops are designed specifically for beginners. Most people who join us have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists will guide you through the basics, from safety and nozzle control to creating your first 'piece'. You'll be amazed at what you can create with just a little bit of expert coaching and a whole lot of enthusiasm! 🎉

What should I wear to the graffiti workshop?

We've got you covered! We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective overalls to keep your clothes safe from stray paint. However, spray paint is permanent and can be unpredictable with the Mediterranean breeze, so we always recommend wearing 'work clothes' or something you don't mind getting a little colourful. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are also a must for navigating our outdoor creative spaces. 👟

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our number one priority. We use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control and provide professional-grade respiratory protection. Our instructors are seasoned street artists who know exactly how to manage a group safely in an outdoor or ventilated indoor environment. We ensure everyone follows the 'spray-safe' rules so the focus stays entirely on having a blast and being creative. 💪

How long does a typical pop-up session last?

The duration depends on the specific event setup, but our standard Valencia pop-up sessions typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for an introduction to the history of street art, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the final creation of your masterpiece. It’s the perfect amount of time to get into the 'flow' without feeling rushed. ⏱️

Where in Valencia do these workshops take place?

Pop-up events are super flexible! While we usually have a planned location in vibrant areas like El Carmen or near the Turia Gardens, we can also bring the graffiti experience to your specific venue, hotel, or office car park in Valencia. We provide all the mobile walls and protection needed to ensure we leave the site exactly as we found it—except for the amazing canvases you take home! 📍

Do I need to book in advance or can I just show up?

While we definitely encourage spontaneity, we do require a booking to ensure we have enough paint and protective gear for everyone. Our pop-up events are popular and can fill up quickly! The best part? You don't have to pay upfront. You can secure your spot and pay after the workshop once you've seen how much fun it is. Just drop us a message for a quick quote! 🎨

Lokal kultur

Valencia isn't just about Paella and the City of Arts and Sciences; it's a living, breathing canvas. From the winding alleys of El Carmen to the modern murals near the port, the city's street art scene is world-renowned. Our workshops capture that unique 'Valenciano' spirit—vibrant, bold, and welcoming. We often draw inspiration from local legends like Escif or La Nena Wapa Wapa, whose works line the city walls.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Valencia’s old town is home to the 'Street of Colors' (Calle de Colores)? It’s an area transformed by local artists into an open-air museum, making it the perfect backdrop for your own creative journey! 🎨
