Do I need to be good at drawing to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely! Most of our guests in Setúbal have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists break down the process into easy, manageable steps. We start with basic lines and shapes before moving on to fillings and highlights. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the masterpiece you've created. Our goal is to make art accessible and fun for everyone, regardless of their artistic background.

What should I wear for a graffiti session?

We've got you covered. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective ponchos to keep your clothes clean. However, graffiti can be a bit messy, so we always recommend wearing comfortable 'outdoor' clothes and old trainers that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on. It's better to be safe and stylishly splattered than worried about your favourite outfit!

How long does the experience last?

A standard public art workshop in Setúbal usually lasts between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. This includes the safety briefing, the technique demonstration, sketching your design, and the final painting phase. If you are a larger group or have a specific project in mind, we can extend the duration to fit your needs. It's the perfect amount of time to get into the flow!

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our number one priority. We use low-odour, high-quality spray paint and provide all necessary European-standard protective gear, including FFP2 or FFP3 masks. Our workshops take place in well-ventilated outdoor areas or dedicated street art zones. Our instructors are experienced pros who manage the equipment carefully to ensure a totally safe environment for creators of all ages.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Rain doesn't have to stop the fun! In Setúbal, we have access to several sheltered outdoor spots and indoor alternative locations. If the weather looks truly dire, we can usually reschedule the workshop or move it to a covered creative space. We'll always stay in touch leading up to your booking to ensure the conditions are right for a great session.

Can you accommodate large groups or school trips?

We love hosting groups! Our workshops are perfect for teams of 10 up to large events of 100+ people. For very large groups, we bring in additional artists to ensure everyone gets personal attention and coaching. Whether it's a small group of friends or a massive corporate brand activation, we scale the experience to ensure everyone gets a chance to shine.

How do I book and when do I pay?

Booking is super easy and flexible. You can request a quote through our website or contact us directly. The best part? You don't have to pay anything upfront! We believe in our service so much that you only pay after the workshop is complete. We also have backup artists on standby, so you never have to worry about a last-minute cancellation from our side.

Lokal kultur

Setúbal is a city where the blue of the Atlantic meets a fiercely creative urban spirit. Known for its incredible seafood and the Arrábida mountains, it has also become a canvas for incredible muralists. From the dockside warehouses to the hidden corners of the old town, street art is part of the city's DNA. Our workshops often take place near these inspiring hubs, allowing you to breathe in the local atmosphere while you create.

Fun Fact: Setúbal is home to some of the most impressive large-scale murals in Portugal, often celebrating the city's deep connection to the sea and the fishing industry. Keep an eye out for the "Sardine" themed art scattered around the town! 🐟
