Do we need any previous artistic experience to join?

Absolutely! Most of our guests in Bordeaux have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists start with the basics, teaching you how to control the nozzle, manage pressure, and create clean lines. By the time we move to the main piece, you’ll feel like a local street art pro. It’s all about having fun and expressing yourself in a relaxed, supportive outdoor environment.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything you need for the perfect outdoor party. This includes high-quality spray paint in a huge variety of colours, protective gloves, and professional-grade masks. We also provide the canvas or surface we'll be painting on. We recommend wearing clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of ‘artistic dust’ on, though we do our best to keep things clean!

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?

Bordeaux’s weather is usually lovely, but we always have a plan B. If light rain is forecast, we can often work under sheltered outdoor areas. If the weather is looking truly ‘incroyable’ (and not in a good way), our backup artists and flexible scheduling mean we can usually find a solution or offer a covered alternative location to ensure your party goes ahead safely.

How long does the graffiti workshop experience last?

A standard outdoor graffiti party in Bordeaux typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a thorough introduction, some practice runs on the 'training wall,' and then the main event where we create a large-scale collaborative mural or individual pieces. We find this is the sweet spot for keeping the energy high and the creativity flowing.

Is the spray paint safe to use for everyone?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-pressure spray cans which are much easier to handle, and we provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks to ensure no one is inhaling fumes. Being outdoors in the fresh Bordeaux air also provides excellent natural ventilation. Our artists are trained to manage groups safely while ensuring everyone has a brilliant, stress-free time.

Where in Bordeaux do the workshops actually take place?

Bordeaux has some fantastic spots! We often host workshops at designated legal graffiti zones or private outdoor spaces that allow for creative freedom. We can also come to a location of your choice if you have a private garden or courtyard available. During the booking process, we’ll discuss the best 'vibe' for your group and suggest the perfect spot.

How does the payment process work?

We believe in a ‘trust-first’ approach. You don’t need to worry about upfront payments or deposits when booking with us. You simply enjoy the workshop and pay afterwards. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers or card payments. This makes things much easier for organisers who are still busy collecting funds from their friends or colleagues!

Bordeaux isn't just about world-class wine; it’s a city where historic limestone facades meet cutting-edge urban expression. From the legendary Darwin Ecosystem across the Garonne to the hidden murals tucked away in the Chartrons district, the 'Port of the Moon' has a heartbeat made of spray paint. Our workshops lean into this local culture, often taking place near the city's creative hubs where the spirit of freedom and artistry is palpable. We don't just teach you to paint; we immerse you in the local Bordeaux subculture, making your party feel like a genuine part of the city's evolving artistic story.
