These Terms of Service apply to the use of graffitifunworld.com and to the information, content and online features offered on it. Individual workshops, murals and events are agreed separately in a written quotation and order confirmation, and the conditions in that confirmation take precedence over the general statements on this website.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Graffitifunworld B.V., trading as Graffitifun. Full company details are listed on our Legal Notice page.

2. Use of the website

You may browse the website, read our content and contact us for a quotation. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, overloading the infrastructure, or using it for unlawful purposes.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, illustrations, artwork, layout and code on this website are owned by Graffitifunworld B.V. or used with permission, and are protected by Dutch and European copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial reuse requires our written consent. Participants in our workshops keep the rights to the artwork they create themselves.

4. User generated content

Community members can publish profiles, artwork images, events, groups and legal wall information. You may only upload material that you own or are allowed to share, and it must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe on the rights of others. By publishing you grant us a non exclusive right to display that material on the website. We may remove content that breaches these rules or applicable law, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

5. Workshop and service information

Descriptions of workshops, formats, group sizes, locations and indicative prices on this website are for information purposes. They are not a binding offer. A booking only becomes binding once a written order confirmation has been exchanged. Cancellation terms, payment terms and any charges are set out in that confirmation.

6. Safety during activities

Participants must follow the safety instructions given by our artists and instructors. Protective equipment provided for an activity must be worn. We recommend clothing that may get paint on it, since paint marks cannot always be removed.

7. Accuracy of information

We compile our content, including the legal wall directory, city pages and knowledge base, with care. Locations, rules and opening arrangements can change without notice, so please verify local conditions before you travel or paint. If you spot an error, let us know and we will correct it.

8. Third party links

The website contains links to third party websites and embedded services such as maps. We have no control over their content or their privacy practices and accept no responsibility for them.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the website available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or technical incidents may cause temporary unavailability.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the use of this website is limited to damage caused by intent or gross negligence on our part. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including consumer rights. Liability relating to a booked workshop or event is governed by the conditions in the applicable order confirmation.

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of this website. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to the right of consumers to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence.
