How long does a typical graffiti birthday party last?

Most kids' birthday parties in Frankfurt last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. This provides the perfect balance: enough time to learn the basic strokes, design a masterpiece, and spray it onto the wall or canvas, but not so long that the younger ones lose their focus. We keep the energy high and the spray cans moving from start to finish!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for children?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep everyone’s clothes clean. Our professional artists supervise every step, ensuring the children use the spray cans correctly. We use low-pressure cans which are much easier for smaller hands to control safely while still getting that authentic 'street art' feel.

Do the kids need to be good at drawing?

Not at all! Our Frankfurt workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our artist mentors start with a fun 'Graffiti 101' intro, teaching the kids how to hold the can and create different lines. We guide them through the entire process, from sketching their first tag to adding those final 'cool' highlights. Every child leaves with something they are proud of.

What is the recommended age for a graffiti party?

We recommend a minimum age of 8 years old. At this age, children usually have the hand strength to press the spray caps and the focus to follow the safety instructions. For teenagers, we ramp up the technical difficulty to keep them challenged and engaged. If you have a slightly younger sibling joining, just let us know so we can accommodate!

Where in Frankfurt do the workshops take place?

We have various locations across Frankfurt, including dedicated indoor studios and legal outdoor street art spots. If you have a large backyard or a private space, we can even come to you! When you book, we’ll discuss the best 'Mainhattan' location based on your group size and the time of year to ensure the weather doesn't dampen the fun.

What happens if we need to cancel or change the date?

We totally understand that plans change! That’s why we offer a 'no upfront payment' policy. You can book your date to secure our artist, and you only pay after the workshop has been completed. This stress-free approach is part of why Frankfurt parents love booking with Graffitifun. If you need to reschedule, just give us a shout!

Can the children take their artwork home with them?

Absolutely! While many of our parties involve a collaborative mural on a large wall, we also offer options where every child gets to spray their own individual canvas or piece of wood. This makes for the ultimate party bag gift—a real piece of street art created by them to hang on their bedroom wall and show off to friends.
