What should I wear to a graffiti networking event in Madang?

Getting your hands dirty is part of the fun! We provide high-quality protective suits, gloves, and masks to keep your professional attire safe. However, we always recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny splash of paint on, just in case. Our water-based paints are professional grade but it is better to be safe and relaxed while you create your masterpiece.

Do I need any prior art or graffiti experience?

Absolutely not! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to seasoned pros. Our expert street artists will guide you through every step, from holding the can to advanced shading techniques. The goal is to facilitate connection and creativity, not to judge your artistic ability. You might be surprised at the incredible 'accidental' art you create while chatting with your new contacts!

How long does the creative networking session last?

A standard networking session usually lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introductory icebreaker, a crash course in spray painting, the collaborative creation phase, and finally, some relaxed socialising time to admire the work. We can easily adjust the timing to fit into a tighter schedule or expand it for an all-day professional retreat.

Is the spray paint safe to use during the event?

Safety is our top priority. we use low-odour, high-quality spray paints and provide all necessary PPE, including FFP2 or FFP3 masks and nitrile gloves. We typically host these events in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large industrial halls. Our professional artists supervise the entire process to ensure that everyone handles the equipment correctly and stays safe while having a blast.

Can you host the networking event at our own venue?

We offer total flexibility. We can host the event at one of our preferred creative spots in Madang, or we can bring the entire setup to your office, a local hotel, or a park of your choice. As long as we have a flat surface for our canvases and proper ventilation, we can turn almost any location into a vibrant street art studio for your team.

How does the 'pay after' policy work for businesses?

Planning a corporate event can be stressful, so we make it easy. We don't require any upfront payment to secure your date. You only pay after the workshop is complete and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This builds trust and ensures we are fully committed to making your Madang networking event a massive success from start to finish.

Do you offer these events in other cities besides Madang?

We certainly do! While we love the tropical vibes of Madang, our team travels across Papua New Guinea. If your company has offices in Port Moresby, Lae, or Mount Hagen, we can coordinate a series of events to keep your entire national workforce connected through creativity. We bring the same level of energy and professional equipment to every location we visit.

Unlock hidden talent: Watch as your colleagues and partners reveal their creative sides, fostering mutual respect and new perspectives. 💡
Memorable brand impact: Your guests won't forget the time they spray-painted a mural, ensuring your brand or event stays top-of-mind. 🏆

Step by step

Arrival and welcome: Your guests arrive at our vibrant Madang location, greeted with refreshments and a brief overview of the day's creative mission.
The ultimate icebreaker: We kick things off with a high-energy intro that gets everyone talking before the paint even starts flying.
Street art 101: Our professional graffiti artists demonstrate the basic techniques—caps, pressure, and lining—giving everyone the confidence to start.
Collaborative sketching: Attendees work together in small groups to sketch out concepts that represent their shared professional goals or industry themes.
Painting session: The real fun begins! Guests grab their cans and start layering colours, guided by our pros to ensure a stunning final result.
Facilitated networking: As the paint dries, our team facilitates structured yet relaxed conversations, helping shy guests mingle and making sure everyone makes valuable connections.
The big reveal: We step back to admire the collective mural. It’s a powerful moment of shared achievement and a great photo opportunity.
Wrap-up and follow-up: We conclude with a final social session, providing time for exchanging business cards and firming up those new professional friendships.

Local culture

Madang is world-renowned for its stunning coastal views and the iconic Coastwatchers Memorial Lighthouse, providing an inspiring backdrop for any creative endeavour. The town has a deep appreciation for culture and traditional art, and we love blending that local heritage with modern urban street art styles. 🏝️ Our events often draw inspiration from the vibrant colours of the Bismarck Sea and the lush tropical greenery that makes Madang so unique.

Fun fact: Madang is known as the "Prettiest Town in the South Pacific," making it the ultimate destination for an event where aesthetics and creativity take centre stage! ✨
