Do I need previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our networking events in Merida are designed specifically for beginners. Our pro artists will guide you through the basics of spray painting, lettering, and blending. You don’t need any artistic background to enjoy the session; the focus is on breaking the ice and having a blast with your colleagues or peers. Everyone walks away with a piece of art they can be proud of!

Is the graffiti workshop safe for professional groups?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls, to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. The spray paints we use are professional-grade but handled under strict supervision. We also provide a safety briefing at the start of every session to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident before they start spraying their masterpiece.

How long does a typical networking event last?

A standard creative networking session usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for the initial icebreakers, a crash course in graffiti techniques, and the main collaborative painting session. We find this is the 'sweet spot' for maintaining high energy and ensuring everyone has enough time to genuinely connect with one another without the event feeling rushed.

Can you host the event at our specific office or venue?

Yes, we are fully mobile! While Merida has some fantastic creative spots, we can bring the entire graffiti setup to your chosen venue, whether it’s a hotel garden, a conference hall, or a private terrace. We use protective floor coverings and temporary walls to ensure the location remains spotless. All we need is a well-ventilated space and some enthusiastic participants!

Do we have to pay in advance for the event?

We believe in total flexibility and trust. That is why we don't require any upfront payment when you book your Merida event. You can settle the bill after the workshop is complete and you’re 100% satisfied with the experience. It takes the stress out of the planning process and ensures our focus remains entirely on providing you with an unforgettable networking day.

What should we wear to the graffiti networking event?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. Although we provide full protective overalls and gear, graffiti can be a little messy! Since Merida’s weather can be a bit cooler than the rest of Venezuela, bringing a light layer is also a good idea if the networking event is being held outdoors.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

We accommodate groups of almost any size! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of 100+, we have the staff and materials to make it work. For larger groups, we bring in additional backup artists to ensure everyone receives personal attention and the networking remains intimate and effective across the different painting stations.

Local culture

Merida isn't just known for its stunning mountain peaks and the famous Teleférico; it’s a city deep-rooted in culture, intellect, and artistic expression. From the bustling student life around the Universidad de los Andes to the tranquil beauty of the Sierra Nevada, there is an inherent creative energy here that makes it the perfect spot for a graffiti-based networking event. The city has a long history of murals that tell stories of local heritage and social change, and we are proud to add a modern, interactive twist to that tradition.

Fun fact: Merida is often called the "Student City" of Venezuela, meaning the local atmosphere is always buzzing with fresh ideas and a youthful, rebellious spirit—exactly the kind of energy we channel into our street art workshops! 🎨
