Do I need to be good at drawing to join?

You don't need any prior artistic experience to enjoy our onboarding workshop in Aveiro! Our professional artists guide you through every single step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering complex shading techniques. Most of our participants haven't touched a spray can before, and they are always amazed by the high-quality street art they manage to create by the end of the session.

Is the graffiti workshop safe?

We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality FFP2 masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep your clothes clean. The workshop is held in well-ventilated outdoor areas or dedicated street art zones in Aveiro. Our instructors are experienced professionals who ensure everyone follows safety protocols while having a great time experimenting with the paint.

How long does the workshop session last?

Our standard onboarding workshops typically last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of the culture, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the creation of a final collaborative or individual masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule in mind for a group event, we can often adjust the duration to fit your needs.

What do we need to bring with us?

Everything is included in the price! We provide the spray cans, a wide variety of nozzle tips (caps), protective gear, and the 'canvas' (whether that is a wall or a board). You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We handle all the logistics and cleanup.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Aveiro's weather is usually lovely, but if it rains, we have backup plans. We often use sheltered outdoor locations or can move the session to an indoor venue that allows for safe spray painting. If the weather is truly extreme, we can reschedule the event. Since you don't have to pay upfront, there is no financial stress involved in a weather-related change.

Can we choose what we want to paint?

Absolutely! While we focus on teaching you the core techniques, we want you to express your own personality. You can choose your own colours and help design the final piece. If you're coming as a group, we can even work around a specific theme or logo that you'd like to recreate in a street art style.

How much does a workshop in Aveiro cost?

The cost typically ranges between €20 and €45 per person. This variation depends on the size of your group, the specific location in Aveiro, and the amount of materials required. We believe in transparency and fair pricing, which is why we offer a 'pay after the workshop' model. For an exact price for your group, just request a custom quote.

Helyi kultúra

Aveiro is far more than just its iconic moliceiro boats and sweet ovos moles. In recent years, the city has blossomed into a hidden gem for street art lovers. From the colourful tiles of the Beira Mar district to the large-scale murals tucked away in the industrial edges of the city, Aveiro provides the perfect backdrop for urban inspiration. Our workshops tap into this local energy, often taking place in areas where the city's modern spirit meets its historic charm. We celebrate the contrast between the calm salt pans and the high-energy "vandal" aesthetic of street art, helping you see Aveiro through a completely different lens.
