Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

No artistic skill is required at all! Our professional graffiti artists are experts at guiding beginners. We start with the basics of can control and safety, ensuring everyone feels confident before touching the wall. The goal of our Porto team development workshops is collaboration and fun, not creating a museum-grade masterpiece. You'll be amazed at what your team can achieve together with just a little bit of expert coaching and a lot of enthusiasm.

What should our team wear to the workshop?

We provide all the necessary protective gear, including high-quality masks, gloves, and disposable overalls to keep your clothes clean. However, we always recommend wearing comfortable shoes and 'work clothes' that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on just in case. Since Porto's weather can be sunny or breezy, dressing in layers is usually the smartest move for an outdoor workshop near the Douro.

How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

A standard team development session usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the initial safety briefing, technique practice, the collaborative design phase, and the final 'unveiling' of your masterpiece. We can also customise the duration to fit into your wider corporate itinerary in Porto, whether you need a quick energy boost or a deep-dive creative afternoon.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

While Porto is known for its sunshine, we always have backup plans. If the weather doesn't play ball, we can often move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or an indoor location using water-based, low-odour spray paint that is safe for internal use. Our goal is to ensure your team event happens regardless of the Atlantic breeze, so you never have to worry about last-minute cancellations.

Can we include our company logo or specific brand colours?

Absolutely! We love it when teams bring their own identity to the wall. You can incorporate your company logo, brand colours, or a specific project theme into the mural. Our artists will help you translate your corporate values into a vibrant, street-art style design that resonates with your team. It’s a fantastic way to reinforce your brand identity in a relaxed, creative environment.

Is the spray paint safe for everyone to use?

Safety is our absolute priority. We use high-quality spray paints and provide professional-grade respiratory protection for every participant. Our instructors are trained to manage groups safely in an outdoor environment. We ensure the workspace is well-ventilated and that everyone follows the safety guidelines provided during the introduction. It’s a controlled, professional environment designed for maximum fun and zero stress.

How does the payment process work?

At Graffitifun, we believe in 'trust first.' You don't need to pay anything upfront when booking your Porto workshop. We only invoice you after the event has been successfully completed and your team is buzzing with creative energy. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any payment is made. We accept bank transfers and all major payment methods for your convenience.

De ervaring

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team day in Porto? Because nothing breaks down hierarchies quite like a wall and a spray can. Here’s why it works:

Boosts creative problem solving: Working on a large-scale mural requires teams to think outside the box and adapt in real-time. ✨
Levels the playing field: Whether you're the CEO or an intern, everyone starts with a blank canvas and a new skill to learn. 💪
Enhances communication: You can't paint a giant team mural without talking to each other—it's collaborative art at its best. 🗣️
Unforgettable memories: Your team won't stop talking about the time they 'tagged' Porto (legally, of course!). 🏆
Stress relief: The physical act of spraying paint is incredibly therapeutic and a great way to blow off some work steam. 💨

Stap voor stap

Arrival and welcome: Meet our pro artists at the designated street art spot in Porto for a quick intro.
Safety first: Get geared up with masks, gloves, and overalls while learning the essential 'spray can etiquette'.
Master the basics: Learn different spraying techniques, from making thin lines to filling large areas and creating gradients.
Brainstorm session: Work with your team to sketch out a concept that represents your goals or company culture.
Outline and fill: Start bringing the mural to life! Everyone gets a section of the wall to contribute their creative spark.
Detailing and 'style': Add the finishing touches, highlights, and outlines that make your graffiti truly pop.
The grand reveal: Step back with the team to admire the finished masterpiece and take those all-important group photos.
Clean up and debrief: Wrap up the session with a high-five and a discussion on the collaborative process you just conquered.

Lokale cultuur

Porto isn't just about historic Ribeira and world-class Port wine; it’s a living canvas of urban expression. From the colourful murals of Rua de Miguel Bombarda to the hidden gems in Vila Nova de Gaia, the city breathes creativity. Our workshops tap into this local 'Tripeiro' spirit of resilience and innovation. We often host sessions in areas that celebrate the city's architectural contrast, where old-world charm meets modern street aesthetics.

Fun fact: Porto is home to one of the world's most famous 'legal' graffiti walls near the Trindade station, showing how much the city embraces this art form as part of its cultural identity! 🇵🇹
