Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Liverpool leadership training is designed for everyone, from stick-figure doodlers to secret Picassos. Our professional artists guide your team through the basics of can control, nozzle types, and lettering styles. The focus isn't on fine art, but on the collaborative process, communication, and the willingness to try something entirely new as a group. You'll be amazed at what you can create together.

Is the spray paint safe and what protective gear is provided?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective overalls, and gloves to all participants. We use professional-grade spray paint in well-ventilated outdoor or indoor spaces. Our trainers give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can. We ensure a controlled environment where your team can focus on their leadership goals without worrying about their clothes or their health.

How long does a typical leadership graffiti session last?

A standard leadership workshop in Liverpool typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for the introductory 'ice-breaker' session, learning basic techniques, the collaborative brainstorming phase, and the final execution of your team masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule to stick to, we can tailor the duration to fit your corporate itinerary perfectly.

Can the workshop take place at our office or a specific venue?

We are highly flexible! We have access to several vibrant street art spots across Liverpool, but we can also bring the workshop to your location if you have a suitable outdoor space or a well-ventilated hall. If you prefer us to handle the logistics, we’ll arrange a local 'legal wall' or a dedicated studio space that captures that authentic Scouse street art vibe.

How does graffiti actually help with leadership skills?

Graffiti is a powerful metaphor for leadership. It requires clear communication, the ability to pivot when mistakes happen, and a shared vision. In our Liverpool sessions, teams must decide on a 'crew' identity and execute a large-scale piece where everyone's contribution is visible. This breaks down corporate siloes and encourages a 'leader-leader' model rather than a top-down approach, all while having a blast.

What is your payment policy for corporate groups?

We believe in our product and your team's enjoyment, so we don't require upfront payments for Liverpool bookings. You can book your date, secure your artist, and then pay via invoice after the workshop has been successfully completed. This makes the administrative process simple for your HR or finance department and ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Liverpool weather can be unpredictable! If we are booked for an outdoor session and the British rain decides to join us, we usually have indoor backup options available or can use large professional shelters. Because we have a network of backup artists, we almost never cancel. We’ll work with you to ensure the 'show goes on' regardless of the clouds over the Mersey.

Schritt für Schritt

The briefing: Meet our pro artists at a cool Liverpool spot for a rundown of graffiti history and safety essentials.
Tool mastery: Learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can, from choosing the right caps to mastering pressure control.
Vision casting: Your team brainstorms a concept that represents your leadership goals or company values.
Sketching the plan: Translate those big ideas onto paper, delegating roles for the mural's different sections.
Outline & Flow: Take the cans to the wall! Start with the 'first lines'—this is where communication is key to keep everything in scale.
Filling & Colouring: Work in 'crews' to fill the piece, learning to blend colours and support your teammates' sections.
The 'Power' Outline: Add the final, bold outlines that make the piece pop—a metaphor for clear, decisive leadership.
