Do we need any previous artistic experience to join?

Not at all! Our professional artists specialize in teaching absolute beginners. We'll guide your team through the basics of spray can control, lettering, and shading before you ever touch the final mural. The goal of our San Cristóbal team building isn't to create 'perfect' art, but to work together, experiment, and have a brilliant time trying something completely new and exciting.

Is it safe and what about the mess?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep everyone safe and clean. We use specialized, low-pressure spray cans that are easier to handle than standard industrial paint. Our instructors are also trained to manage the environment, ensuring that the workshop is conducted in a well-ventilated space with all necessary health and safety protocols strictly followed.

How long does a typical workshop last?

Standard team development sessions usually last between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows for a brief history of street art, a skills-building practice session, and the collaborative creation of a large-scale masterpiece. We can also adjust the timing to fit into a tighter schedule or extend it for a more intensive creative deep dive depending on your specific goals.

Where in San Cristóbal do the workshops take place?

We are highly flexible! We can host the event at an outdoor street art location in San Cristóbal to get that authentic 'vibe,' or we can bring the entire setup to your office courtyard or a rented venue. If you don't have a spot in mind, we can recommend several creative spaces around the city that provide the perfect backdrop for your team's artistic journey.

Can we customise the theme or the colours?

Absolutely. We can incorporate your corporate colours, brand values, or specific project themes into the workshop design. Many teams choose to paint a mural that represents their goals for the upcoming year or a collaborative piece that reflects their company culture. Just let us know your ideas, and our artists will help you sketch out a plan that fits perfectly.

What should our team members wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on—just in case! While we provide full-body protective overalls, it’s best to leave the designer suits and high heels at home. Old trainers are the way to go so you can move freely and focus entirely on your creative masterpiece without worry.

How do we book and when do we pay?

Booking is simple and stress-free. Click one of our 'Request a Quote' buttons and give us some basic details about your group size and preferred date. We'll send over a tailored proposal. The best part? You don't have to pay a penny upfront. We operate on a 'pay after the fun' basis to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the experience.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team event in San Cristóbal? Because art is the ultimate equaliser! When you’ve got a spray can in your hand, job titles vanish, and raw creativity takes over. Here’s why your team needs this: 🔥

Epic collaboration: You’ll work on one single, massive artwork, proving that the whole is much greater than the sum of its parts. 🤝
Stress busting: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'hiss' of a spray can—it’s the perfect way to let off some steam! 💨
Innovation boost: Stepping out of your comfort zone and onto a canvas encourages the kind of 'outside-the-box' thinking that every business needs. 💡
Lasting memories: Unlike a standard lunch, you'll have a physical (and photographic) reminder of what your team can achieve together. 📸
All-inclusive fun: Whether someone is a CEO or an intern, everyone starts with a blank canvas and equal opportunities to shine. 🏆

Step by step

The Creative Kick-off: Meet your pro artist guides and get a quick, high-energy intro to the world of urban street art and graffiti culture.
Design Thinking: Brainstorm with your colleagues to decide on a theme or message that represents your team’s unique spirit.
The Basics: Learn 'Can Control 101' – our instructors show you how to handle the nozzle, create clean lines, and experiment with different spray techniques.
First Tags: Everyone gets their own practice space to doodle, tag, and get comfortable with the medium before moving to the main event.
Collaborative Sketching: Work together to sketch the outlines of your big group mural on the canvas or wall surface.
Layering and Filling: This is where the magic happens! The team works in sections, filling in colours and learning how to blend shades for a professional look.
The Finishing Touches: Add highlights, sharp outlines, and those all-important details that make the artwork pop and look incredible.
The Big Reveal & Debrief: Step back and admire your collective masterpiece. We’ll take a group photo and discuss how teamwork made the art happen!

Local culture

San Cristóbal, nestled in the stunning Andean highlands of Táchira, is a city brimming with passion—from its legendary football fans to its vibrant cultural festivals. The city's atmosphere is the perfect catalyst for creativity. Taking your team out of the office and into the crisp mountain air of San Cristóbal allows for a fresh perspective that you just can't get indoors. We love tapping into the local energy, often drawing inspiration from the city's lush landscapes and the resilient spirit of its people. ✨

Fun Fact: Did you know San Cristóbal is known as the "City of Gentleness" (La Ciudad de la Cordialidad)? What better place to improve team dynamics than in the city most famous for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere!

Whether we're setting up near the bustling Avenida 19 de Abril or in a more secluded creative space, the local backdrop adds a unique 'Gocho' flavour to every mural we create together. It's time to add your team's story to the colourful tapestry of this amazing city! 🏔️
