Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

No prior experience or artistic talent is required! Our professional graffiti artists are experts at breaking down complex mural techniques into easy, bite-sized steps. Whether you're a seasoned creative or someone who hasn't picked up a pen in years, we'll guide you through the process. The focus of our Split workshops is on collaboration, communication, and having fun together as a team rather than creating a Da Vinci masterpiece.

Is it safe? What kind of protective gear is provided?

We prioritise your safety above all else. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional-grade respiratory masks to ensure a safe breathing environment. Our spray paints are selected for their quality and safety standards. Every session begins with a comprehensive safety briefing, and our artists supervise the entire process to ensure that everyone uses the equipment correctly and stays safe while getting creative.

Where in Split do the workshops take place?

Usually, we host our creative team-building sessions at vibrant, legal graffiti locations in Split that offer an authentic street art atmosphere. However, we are flexible! If you have a specific venue in mind, such as your office car park or a private event space, we can often bring the workshop to you using mobile graffiti walls. Just let us know your preference when booking.

How long does a typical team development session last?

Our standard team development workshops typically last between 2 and 3 hours. This provides enough time for the intro, technique practice, and the creation of your final group masterpiece. We can also tailor the duration to fit your specific schedule, whether you need a quick energiser during a conference or a full afternoon of intensive creative collaboration.

What should our team members wear on the day?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit dusty, just in case. While we provide full-body protective suits and gloves, graffiti can occasionally be messy. It’s best to leave the expensive designer gear at home and opt for something practical so you can focus entirely on the art and your teammates.

Do we have to pay in advance for our booking?

Absolutely! We believe in total flexibility and trust. You don't need to make any upfront payments to secure your booking in Split. This allows your company to finalise logistics without financial pressure. You simply pay after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied with the experience. We want the booking process to be as stress-free as your painting session!

Can we keep the artwork we create during the session?

One of the best things about our workshops is the flexibility of the final result. You can choose to paint on large, professional canvases that you can take back to your Split office to brighten up the workspace. Alternatively, we can work on large-scale plastic foils or mobile wooden walls. Having your team's collaborative artwork hanging in the office is a fantastic long-term reminder of your shared creativity.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team development day in Split? Because street art is the ultimate equaliser. It levels the playing field, encourages risk-taking, and produces a tangible result you can all be proud of. 🔥

Break Hierarchy: When everyone is wearing a mask and holding a spray can, titles disappear and authentic communication begins.
Boost Innovation: Stepping into a completely new medium forces the brain to solve problems differently—perfect for tackling business challenges.
Tangible Results: Unlike a lecture, you’ll end the day with a physical piece of art that represents your team’s effort.
Professional Artists: Our Split-based experts aren't just great painters; they are facilitators who know how to manage group dynamics.
Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the "hiss" of a spray can and the flow of vibrant colours. 🎤
Zero Risk Booking: With our "pay after" policy and backup artist guarantee, your event is in safe hands no matter what.

Step by step

Introduction & Safety: Meet your pro artist guide and suit up in protective gear while learning the basic safety rules.
The Basics of the Can: Learn how to hold the spray can, control the pressure, and master different nozzles (caps) for various effects.
Sketching Your Vision: Work together to brainstorm a concept that represents your team’s goals or identity in Split.
Line Work & Outlining: Transition from paper to the wall as you learn how to scale your ideas into large-format art.
Filling & Fading: Master the art of colour blending and smooth gradients to give your piece depth and vibrancy.
The Highlight & Shadow: Add those professional "pop" effects like highlights and 3D shadows that make graffiti jump off the wall.
Collaborative Masterpiece: Combine everyone’s individual contributions into one massive, unified mural.
The Grand Reveal & Photos: Step back, admire your team's hard work, and snap some high-energy photos for the company socials!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Split is a city where ancient history meets a pulse-pounding modern street scene. While Diocletian's Palace showcases the past, the city's outskirts and urban areas like Matejuška and various legal walls near the Youth Centre (Dom Mladih) are buzzing with contemporary creativity. The local street art culture in Split is deeply connected to the city's rebellious and passionate spirit—often seen in the vibrant murals dedicated to the local football club, Hajduk Split, which blends sport with high-level typography and art.

Fun Fact: Split is home to some of the most dedicated muralists in Croatia. You’ll find that "Graffiti" here isn't just art; it's a form of local storytelling that locals take immense pride in! 🇭🇷

Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing tailored to your team's specific needs. Whether you're looking for a budget-friendly creative spark or a premium full-service event, we have options for every group in Split.

*Final price depends on group size, duration, and chosen materials (e.g., take-away canvases vs. temporary walls).
