Hey there, Gdansk! Are you looking for an after-school activity that actually gets students excited? Forget the standard football or chess clubs for a moment and imagine a playground transformed into a vibrant urban gallery. Our after-school graffiti workshops in Gdansk offer a unique blend of creativity, discipline, and pure, unadulterated fun. We bring professional street artists directly to your school or local youth centre to teach the "right" way to do graffiti. It’s about more than just paint on a wall; it’s about building confidence, learning a new craft, and expressing individual identity in a constructive, legal, and super-cool environment. Whether they are budding artists or just looking for something different to do on a Tuesday afternoon, we promise an experience they'll be talking about for months. Ready to make your mark? ✨

Step by step

  1. The introduction: We start with a brief history of graffiti culture and an essential safety briefing.
  2. Design & sketching: Students grab markers and paper to plan their "tag" or "piece" before touching a can.
  3. Low-pressure practice: We teach how to hold the can and control the thickness of the lines on a practice surface.
  4. Colour theory: Our artists explain which colours pop and how to create smooth gradients and "fills".
  5. The main event: Kids move to their large-scale canvases to bring their sketches to life with vibrant spray paint.
  6. Adding the details: We show them how to add those professional touches like highlights, outlines, and "force fields".
  7. The gallery walk: After the paint dries, we do a group tour where everyone shares what they've created.
  8. Clean up: We teach the importance of leaving the space tidy and properly disposing of materials.

Local culture

Street art in Gdansk

Gdansk is a city where history meets the cutting-edge, and its street art scene is no exception. From the world-famous murals in the Zaspa district—one of the largest open-air galleries in Europe—to the hidden gems in the Imperial Shipyard, urban art is part of the city's DNA. Our workshops tap into this local heritage, showing kids that their city is a canvas for positive expression.

Fun Fact: Gdansk's Zaspa district features over 60 massive murals! It’s basically a giant textbook for our students to learn about scale and style while strolling through their own backyard. 🎨

We love working in the Tri-City area, bringing that gritty, industrial shipyard energy into a safe, educational setting. Our artists are locals who know the Gdansk scene inside out, often drawing inspiration from the Baltic Sea and the city's unique maritime history.

Our workshop prices are as vibrant as our paint! Generally, pricing falls within the following range:

zł100 – zł220 per person
