Looking for a way to spark some serious creativity after the school bell rings? Our after-school graffiti workshops in Malacca offer students a chance to ditch the textbooks and pick up a spray can! We believe that art should be loud, colourful, and incredibly fun. Our professional street artists head directly to your school or local venue to teach the next generation how to master "can control," letter design, and colour blending in a safe, supervised environment. It’s not just about painting; it's about building confidence, teamwork, and a new way of expressing oneself. Whether they are obsessed with the murals in the Jonker Walk area or just want to try something totally different, this is their chance to shine. Ready to make your mark?🎨

The experience
- Expert Artists: Learn from real pros who live and breathe street art culture. 🎤
- Boost Confidence: There are no mistakes in graffiti—only "happy accidents" that turn into cool new styles.
- All-Inclusive: We bring everything; you just bring the energy and enthusiasm! ✨
- Unique Skillset: It's an art form they won't find in the standard curriculum, making it extra exciting.
- Safe & Clean: We provide full protective gear so the only thing getting colourful is the canvas. 💪
- Zero Stress Booking: With our backup artists and no-upfront-payment policy, your event is in safe hands.

Step by step
- Introduction & Safety: We kick things off with a high-energy intro about the history of street art and a vital safety briefing on how to use the gear correctly.
- The Tag Creator: Students start by brainstorming their 'street name' and sketching out ideas on paper to get the creative juices flowing.
- Nozzle Knowledge: Our artists demonstrate different 'caps' and how they change the spray width, from thin 'skinny' lines to thick 'fat' fills.
- First Sprays: Under guidance, kids practice basic lines, dots, and squares on a practice wall to get a feel for the pressure and distance.
- Main Concept: Whether it's a individual canvas or a giant group mural, we start outlining the main design using light colours.
- Fill-in Fun: This is where the magic happens! Students use vibrant colours to fill their designs, learning about gradients and fading.
- The Outline: We teach the 'power-line' technique—adding a sharp black or dark outline to make the artwork pop off the surface.
- Final Details: Adding highlights, 'shine' spots, and 'shadows' to give the graffiti a professional 3D look.
- The Big Reveal: We finish with a photo session where students can show off their work to friends and parents!
Good to know
- Duration: Usually 1.5 to 2 hours, but we can tailor sessions to fit your existing after-school schedule.
- Group Sizes: We cater to small groups of 10 or large cohorts of 50+. For larger groups, we bring in extra artists to ensure everyone gets hands-on help.
- What's Included: Spray cans, protective masks, gloves, aprons, practice boards/canvases, and professional instruction.
- Safety: We use high-quality safety gear and low-pressure cans that are easier for kids to use. All sessions are led by experienced artists with a focus on safety first.
- Location: We come to you! Whether it's a school playground, a sports hall, or a community centre in Malacca.

Local culture
Street art in Malacca
Malacca is a city where history meets modern creativity. From the iconic red walls of the Stadthuys to the incredible murals lining the Malacca River, street art has become a huge part of our local identity. Our workshops tap into this vibrant energy, encouraging students to draw inspiration from the city's unique blend of cultures and styles. We love seeing kids incorporate local "Baba Nyonya" patterns or maritime themes into their graffiti designs!
Fun Fact: Did you know that the Malacca River was once a major trade route? Today, its banks serve as a giant outdoor gallery, featuring some of the most impressive large-scale murals in all of Malaysia! 🚢
