Do I need to be artistic to join a VIP workshop?

Absolutely no prior art experience is needed for our VIP experience in Hamburg. Our professional artists are masters at breaking down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Whether you think you can't draw a stick figure or you're a budding Picasso, we will guide you through the process of creating a stunning piece of street art that you'll be genuinely proud of. Fun and expression come first!

What should I wear to my graffiti session?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy. While we provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and masks, a stray drop of paint can occasionally find its way onto shoes or sleeves. Think 'creative workshop' rather than 'black-tie gala'. Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are a must for safety while navigating our professional graffiti locations or street art spots.

Is the spray paint safe to use?

Safety is our top priority at Graffitifun. We provide all necessary professional-grade safety equipment, including FFP3 respiratory masks to protect against fumes, disposable gloves, and full-body protective suits. Our workshops take place in well-ventilated areas or designated outdoor legal walls. Our artists are also fully trained in site safety and will give you a comprehensive briefing before any spray cans are even shaken!

How long does the VIP workshop last?

A standard VIP graffiti workshop in Hamburg typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a deep dive into the history of street art, a comprehensive technique masterclass, and plenty of hands-on time to design and paint your individual canvas or collaborative wall piece. We never rush the creative process, ensuring you have a relaxed and premium experience from start to finish.

What is the maximum group size for a VIP session?

The VIP experience is designed for flexibility. Whether you are looking for an intimate one-on-one masterclass or a premium outing for a larger group of friends or colleagues, we can accommodate you. For larger groups, we bring in additional professional artists to ensure every guest receives the high level of individual attention that defines our VIP service. Just let us know your group size when booking!

Can we choose the location of the workshop?

While we cannot always guarantee a specific wall (as many are public legal spaces), we have several premium, curated locations across Hamburg that we use regularly. If you have a specific vibe in mind—like the industrial feel of Schanzenviertel or somewhere more secluded—let us know. We always aim to find a backdrop that enhances the VIP atmosphere of your creative session.

Do I need to pay in advance?

At Graffitifun, we believe in a hassle-free experience. You don't need to pay anything upfront when you make your booking. We trust our clients and want you to feel confident in our service. You can settle the payment after the workshop is complete and you've seen the incredible results. We accept various payment methods for your convenience, ensuring the focus remains entirely on your creativity.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Hamburg is a city of contrasts, where the historic port meets the cutting-edge creativity of districts like the Schanzenviertel and St. Pauli. The local street art scene is as fierce and diverse as the Reeperbahn at midnight. From massive murals on the sides of industrial buildings to hidden gems tucked away in the Altbau courtyards, Hamburg’s walls tell stories of rebellion, maritime pride, and artistic innovation. During your VIP session, you’ll tap into this unique Hanseatic vibe, influenced by the city’s gritty charm and cosmopolitan outlook.

🎨 Fun Fact: Hamburg is home to some of the oldest "Hall of Fame" spots in Germany, where graffiti legends have been painting since the early 80s. Some walls have layers of paint so thick, they've actually grown several centimetres in width over the decades!
