Do we need any previous art experience to enjoy the workshop?

Not at all! Our professional artists in Djelfa are experts at teaching beginners. We start with the absolute basics, from how to hold the spray can to mastering different nozzle pressures. By the time the communion party is over, every guest will have created something they are proud of. It is all about the process and having a blast together.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for children and guests?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective suits for all participants. We also use premium spray paint that meets safety standards. Our artists supervise the entire session to ensure everyone follows the safety guidelines while having maximum creative fun. Parents can relax knowing the kids are in safe, professional hands.

How long does a typical communion party workshop last?

A standard communion workshop in Djelfa usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief introduction, practicing techniques on a practice wall, and then creating the final masterpiece on a canvas or board. We can always adjust the timing to fit into your party schedule if you have other activities planned.

Where in Djelfa can the workshop be held?

We come to you! Whether you are hosting the celebration in your garden, a rented hall, or a local community space in Djelfa, we bring all the equipment. We just need a well-ventilated outdoor area or a very large, open indoor space with high ceilings and proper airflow. We use protective floor coverings to keep the venue clean.

What kind of designs can we create during the party?

Whatever you like! Many families choose the name of the child celebrating their communion, or a word that represents the day like 'Joy' or 'Faith'. We can also help design a large group mural where everyone contributes a small piece to a giant colourful collage. The choice is yours, and our artists are there to sketch out the basics if needed.

Is there a minimum age for the participants?

Ideally, the kids should be at least 6 years old to have the hand strength to press the spray nozzles. However, we can accommodate younger children with the help of an adult or by using specialized eco-markers for certain parts of the art. It’s a fantastic multi-generational activity that even the 'cool' teenagers and grandparents will enjoy!

Local culture

Djelfa is a city known for its incredible heritage and the breathtaking landscapes of the Ouled Naïl Range. Bringing a modern graffiti workshop to this historic crossroads creates a stunning contrast that local kids absolutely love! While Djelfa is often celebrated for its traditional crafts and Saharan gateway vibes, the youth here have a massive appetite for modern creative expression. We love setting up our mobile studios near local landmarks, feeling the energy of this high-altitude city inspire every spray can stroke.

Fun Fact: Did you know that the Djelfa region is home to some of the world's oldest rock art? By hosting a graffiti party, you are essentially continuing a thousands-of-year-old tradition of making art on 'walls' right here in the Highlands! 🏛️
